Went for quick weekend at beach with older kids and their friends. Website says they have limited breakfast. Very true. Walk across street to restaurant. Shades wouldn't work on window. I finally put a blanket over them. Called front desk and reported the issue and showed her the problem. She give me the location of closest Walmart so I could go get more bedding if thought I needed it. I go to gulf shores atleast once a month during the yr. This was spur of the moment trip. I will never stay here again or recommend anyone. But i guess you get what you pay for. Should have spent the $5 i was trying to save and stayed across street

The room was clean and the afternoon desk clerk was very nice.. the morning desk clerk. Not so much...EVERY container of coffee was empty and she never acknowledged we even said anything to her about it and was just playing on her phone!!!!

The property is very convenient. We have stayed here before, and enjoyed it. They updated the lobby since our visit in February. Check in and out was simple. My only issue was the duvet was dirty or stained . I picked a towel up that had hairs stuck all in the fibers and the coffee creamer looked and tasted like water. it had no flavor. It looked like milky water. One sip and in the garbage.

Very nice!

We were very happy with our stay. Managers and the owner were all very nice amd accommodating. It is in walking distance to restaurants. There is a laundry to use. We didn't have laundry soap so the Manager sold us a scoop for .50, can't beat that price. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We will stay again!!

This place is adorable! Friendly staff at check in, the room was super cute, and the view from the 5th floor is amazing! My only "issue" was the showerhead. I never think hotels have enough water pressure. 😁 Will definitely stay here again!
