* PARKING & PARKING PASS: MAXIMUM of 1 vehicle per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. The parking pass is inside the property in the kitchen counter. You must complete (no blank lines) and display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. Compact car parking only under building. All others must park in the uncovered overflow North Beachview Condominium parking lot off 1st street. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have hairdryers; cleaning products; or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Gulf Shore Championship Stay
This has been our 3rd year staying here during the NCAA Beach Volleyball Championship. This is a fantastic place to stay. It’s just across the street from the beach. Plenty of restaurants and shopping locations within a 4 block radius. The unit is very comfortable and quiet with great amenities.

We had an amazing vacation, loved the location. Loved being able to walk everywhere especially loved the beach across the street. Although the bed was so uncomfortable I slept better in my beach chair on the beach. Not being able to have a goodnights rest with being up and down all night made the vacation a little exhausting. Other than that ots just as listed in an amazing location!

This spot was perfect location for staying in gulf shores. It smelled weird inside and did not come with a lot of necessary things (extra trash bags, cooking utensils, and one stove top plug in thing), very very small bath towels, and the comforter and sheets provided were super thin and it was very cold. There was no room to hang items like wet towels and such so a place with a balcony would have been better for us. Overall great location just wish somethi

Good Budget Condo
If you're looking for something on a budget but want a good location with convenient access, this is it. Although it's no beach side condo, the walk from the elevator and across the street to the beach is hardly a chore. You also don't have to walk a mile to your vehicle. The condo was quaint, but had enough space to get things done. It was tidy. Cleanliness has something to be said... The room is very humid. Despite the DampRid bucket under the bed and the A/C running, the humidity was impenetrable. There was a dehumidifier on the fridge but despite our best efforts it would not work. This case isn't helped by the fact that the bathroom has no exhaust vent. This cause has an effect on things... Keep your pills sealed in a ziplock or their bottle, or else they will soften and disintegrate. Your clothes and towels will be taking longer than usual to dry. In general, if you have something that's supposed to be dry, better think twice about how you want it accomplished. The cherry on top was the mold spores on the inside of the A/C unit cover. We had to take it apart and clean it in the shower. I think it's safe to say we probably left this condo cleaner than we received it. I'm not sure what the root cause of all this humidity buildup is, but it's definitely an issue. All that being said, it was nothing we couldn't handle for the short-ish time we were there, and perhaps if the dehumidifier gets replaced or you decide to bring your own, it may be a pleasant room. The Hangout is a cool restaurant to have nearby, sometimes. Later in the day they'll have live music that can be heard in the area, but we didn't have a problem with these outside noises penetrating our room walls. If you're planning to go to the beach, though, you will be hearing everything the Hangout is doing which can be obnoxious unless you either have a personal speaker or you walk far enough away.

Great Location
The room was clean, but there was an awful moldy smell in the room the entire time. It smelled like they tried to cover it up with bleach. The smell was super strong the first day, it faded a tad as we were there, but never fully went away. The location is great, super close to EVERYTHING, love that there is another big parking lot you can park in. Underneath the building is a little tight, did not want to park there. The parking lot could be cleaned up a bit. We were hardly there at the room so it was perfectly fine for the time we were there. If it wasn't for the smell, it would've been perfect.
