Unit 505 at Seawind is a beautiful, clean, and comfortable direct beach front condo in Gulf Shores! The condo is gorgeous and incredibly comfortable!!

The kitchen has beautiful solid wood cabinets, granite counters, and stainless steel is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. A very large laundry room is found off the kitchen with a full sized washer and dryer.

The owner is so thoughtful! You will find extras throughout this condo including a beach cart stocked with a few sands toys, 4 beach chairs, and an umbrella to use during your stay!

The living room has plenty of comfortable seating with a huge 50” SMART HDTV! Each bedroom has smart TV's as well! The living room overlooks the beach and has access to the gulf front deck.

The dining room table sits 4 with more seating found at the kitchen bar.

All bedrooms, living room and bunk room are equipped with Smart HDTV's with access to NetFlix.

The master and guest baths are both large and very luxurious with granite counters.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

We've visited Gulf Shores many times. This location is perfect, the view is fantastic, the beach is among the best anywhere. This building is very typical. Parking spots are narrow, elevators are slow during peak hours. The unit was about average, well equipped, furniture showing some wear, everything working but in some cases barely. It's not luxury, but you're at the beach!

Independence Day Getaway

Six of my family member had a nice stay in Gulf Shores. This condo is close enough to restaurants and shops that you can keep your car parked in the garage. Also, if you park on the third floor of the garage, you can walk up to the unit. (Elevators in the building are rather slow and crowded) Management company - Alabama Getaway - deserves a special shoutout as most diligent company I have worked with.

The place was everything it stated in the description If there was a negative, I would say one elevator was working the entire time for 14 floors. Apparently, this has been a problem for a while. Since we were on the fifth floor, we took the stairs most of the time. The parking is not made for larger vehicles. Definitely a tight squeeze every time I parked. Everything else was great.

Beautiful spot! So close to everything!

My family & I enjoyed our stay. The 5th floor was perfect for us because we are not fans of heights. Everything was within walking distance but we still ventured out to restaurants & Walmart to do shopping. Even with driving, everything we needed was close. The condo was clean & the beds were so comfortable! We cooked at the condo & went to the beach & pool daily. My only critique would be to update the beach chairs & umbrella because they were pretty much broken when we brought them down to use them. Overall it was a great stay. We can’t wait to come back!

This was the perfect condo for us! The master closet is big enough for a pack n play for your baby! The beach was never too crowded. It is so close to all the restaurants in gulf shores. It was just like the pictures! We had no complaints!
