Great space for our group!
The condo was a perfect size for the 5 of us. Pretty clean upon arrival. The view is amazing! Easy access to the pool and beach! It was wonderful!

Great Location
The condo was close to the beach with an indoor pool and two outdoor pools. Inside was very nice with plenty of room and a great view. Only negative was the AC was hard to control.

Furnature is outdated and wore out. Master Bed needed a new matress years ago. WiFi was bad, had to use a hot spot. The AC was terrable, run for 5 min and shut off for 15. Room never cooled down. The refrigerator had something black/rusty on the side. I travel a good bit and I dont like leaving bad reviews but for what I paid I expect a nice cool room. Feel free to contact me if want more details.

Great condo but unit is not comfortable
So many wonderful things about the overall building and amenities, ease to the beach and location to restaurants and attractions. However the furniture is old and very uncomfortable. I would not stay here again. If you have already booked I recommend plywood for couch so you don’t sink to the floor and a four inch mattress topper. It is just really uncomfortable. And the nasty orange brown toilet brush just did me in.

Great property
This property and unit were perfect for a group of 6. I wanted to add some extra comments for future guest. First this unit was clean and comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. It’s located just outside the elevator on the far right. Also there are plenty of FAST elevators. We never waited more then 30 seconds for one. Also never once did we hear commotion from it. Also the parking is a breeze. The condo does have a little storage room that has kids beach toys, a beach chair, miscellaneous floats and umbrella. This is big plus. They also supply plenty of towels, trash bags, and dishwasher tabs. The cabinets are fully stocked for cooking. You can buy ice with cash or card, perfect for this beach and pool coolers. Just outside the condo on beach you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas for $35 a day. For those that don’t want to tote to much.

Location was great. The living-room furniture was oversized for the condo, master bed mattress is worn out. Sags in one side, There was no coffee pot. Very few pots, pans, and dishes. Had to go by my own. The dryer ducts need to be cleaned. Took several rounds to dry one load of clothes. This is a real fire hazard. Pools need to be maintained better. Lots of sand in the pools. Updating and maintaining needs to be done. Otherwise, perfect for kids and small family. Quiet and everyone was polite and appropriate. The complex was clean and always felt safe. I would stay here again.

The condo was great for my husband and me, our three kids ages 4, 2, and 6 months, and my mother. The older two shared the room with the bunk beds and the walk-in closet in the master was perfect to put the pack and play for the baby, so it was like he had his own room too.

Absolutely love the restful week. Condo was perfect for our group.
Several housekeeping matters need to be addressed....rug in foyer is a major trip hazard needs to be removed. The transition piece between the master and living area is nor attached properly. Ceiling in master bathroom and light fixture needs repair. Small bathroom has water damage in bathroom above the shower to the ceiling. Furniture on balcony is very old and unstable, chairs wabble.

Condo mishaps
This is our 8th yr staying at the Lighthouse and this condo was very disappointing. It was touched over clean; two towels in the master bath with oversized furniture in the master bedroom. It was difficult putting our cloths away in dresser. There was just not enough room for the drawers to pull out far enough before hitting the huge bed frame. I used the tall cabinet in the master bath for my cloths and that worked well. Various missing handles and burned out light bulbs; couple of holes in the walls were found. The beach umbrella was broke. The 2nd bedroom did not have a remote for the TV and the exhaust fan did not work; the bed shirt was ripped. After washing cloths, they smelled musty and the dryer was not up to standard. The ice maker froze up and the dishwasher would not complete a wash cycle. The kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans but not dishes; there were 7 of us and each time after having a meal the dishes were hand washed to be able to use again. There were 4 cereal bowls and 6 plates. The patio furniture was worn but enough for all of us. I did not contact the leasing firm for I did not want people in and out of the condo while we were out; I've had things come up missing before. I did leave this information attached to the fridge upon leaving for home. This condo just did not show pride of ownership. We worked with what we had and did have a great time; the weather was beautiful and look forward to our return next yr.
