If you're in search of a relaxing beachfront getaway, this penthouse condominium is the perfect choice. Located right on the beach, it offers spectacular views and breathtaking sunsets from an expansive balcony. You won't find a more beautiful place to relax and soak up the sun. Situated in the heart of Gulf Shores, it's within walking distance of restaurants and shopping, and just a short drive from attractions like water parks, the zoo, golf courses, and an outlet mall.

Island Royale, the complex where the condo is located, offers a range of amenities including covered assigned parking, an indoor/outdoor heated pool, a new kiddie pool with a mushroom feature, spa, sauna, steam room, two hot tubs, a BBQ area with grills and picnic tables, and a workout area on the 3rd floor.

Inside the condo, you have 1100 sq. ft. of space to enjoy. It features 9' foot ceilings, a full-size washer and dryer, granite countertops, tile flooring, and carpet in the bedrooms. The Master Suite has a King bed and a full bath with balcony access. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed, and there's room for two more guests on the sleeper sofa in the living room. Each bedroom has a TV, as does the living area. The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, and there's a separate dining area for your convenience.

Additional Information:

Parking Passes are required and can be purchased upon arrival or by contacting the office directly. You are allowed a maximum of 2 parking passes per reservation, with a limit of 2 cars.
Linens are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.

Relaxing Place

This place was definitely relaxing. Everything was clean and as posted, even a few updates from the pictures. The check in process was a little much compared to other places before you went and I felt stressed that I missed something and they would take the place away. (Make sure you see the paperwork within 24 hours) Everyone was very nice in person. Definitely book directly through them and save a couple hundred bucks! Would stay again!

We were not told that the pools and hot tubs were all closed and that only one elevator was working. Construction was happening on the property which added challenges too. If we knew what was happening at the property. We could have adjusted expectations or changed reservations. The space is managed by Poole Vacation Rentals.

Holiday Getaway

This was such a fantastic property! Everything we needed for a relaxing holiday vacation. This condo is a must stay for anyone looking at Gulf Shores as a vacation destination. It is beautifully decorated with so much space and absolutely everything you will need for a comfortable stay. There were some things on the property still under repair from the last hurricane that were not in working order (pool, hot tub, one elevator). However, the beautiful beaches, beautiful condo and excellent price made up for those small inconveniences. I highly recommend this property.

The condo was as described! Comfortable, beautifully decorated! The home was very comfortable, the views from the balcony were breathtaking! The condo owner should contact the property manager of the complex. The grounds are not being maintained on a daily basis. The elevators were extremely dirty as well as the walkways and the pool area.
