This stunning 4th floor condo features 2 Bedrooms | 2 Baths, comfortably sleeping 7 guests with a king in the master, a queen and separate twin (NOT BUNKS) in the 2nd bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit offers a beachside balcony so you'll enjoy AMAZING unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and when you are in the unit the view is just as AMAZING through the expansive floor-to-ceiling windows and doors! Island Winds West is a low-density building and our completely remodeled unit offers an intimate experience while still being right next to the Main Public Beach. Take a short 5-minute walk and you'll be at The Hangout, one of Gulf Shores' most popular restaurant. With so many dining options, souvenir shops, and local attractions within walking distance, you won't need your car once you arrive. Enjoy the beachfront outdoor pool, perfect for a relaxing swim and stunning view. There is a smaller kiddie pool for your little ones as well. Right next to the kiddie pool are the poolside restrooms! There are picnic tables and plenty of seating in the pool area so this space is ideal for family gatherings and making lasting memories. Gulf Shores is a family-friendly town on the Gulf of Mexico, known for its beautiful white sand beaches, warm climate, and abundant outdoor recreational activities. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater and the Hangout.

Policies:
1. check-in is 4pm | check-out is 10am.
2. no smoking or vaping in the condo or on the balcony. Smoking is allowed in designated smoking areas throughout the complex
3. parties or gatherings will not be allowed.

Located 1/4 mile west of The Hangout, this condo is in the perfect location for accessing lots of dining options, attractions, shopping and other fun things to do.

This unit is operated by Terrys Vacation Rentals! Terrys Vacation rentals focuses on offering 5 star properties for family vacations! We enjoy hosting families while they are on vacation making memories that will last a lifetime! Terrys vacation rentals operates several units in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach Alabama.

I have another unit in the Island Winds East building next door, and several other units nearby, so if you are traveling with friends and family and need more than one unit for the same dates contact me and we can work to make that happen.

Other things to note:
1. Guests will receive an email after the reservation is made to esign the rental agreement and provide a guest list. When completing the rental agreement a copy of the primary renters drivers license must be uploaded to the rental agreement. Check in instructions and door codes will not be provided until this has been completed. Reservations may be canceled, at our discretion, if this is not completed within 24 hours.

2. Guests will receive another email after the reservation is made for guests to provide a credit card to put on file so we can place a security deposit hold, in the amount of $500, on 3 days prior to the check in date. We are an API integrated owner so we collect our security deposit hold through our booking software, not through the Airbnb or VRBO site. Check in instructions and door codes will not be provided until a security deposit hold is successfully placed.

3. We offer a contactless check in. The door code and check in instructions will be emailed to you 3 days before arrival as long as all required information has been provided.

4. Minimum age of the primary renter is 25 years old. No 3rd party bookings allowed!

Our goal is to provide a 5-star property for all of our guests! If you need anything during your stay with us or if you have any questions we can help with feel free to reach out, I am happy to help!

Per industry standard we supply a starter set that includes one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 bar of hand soap in each bathroom, 1 dish washer tablet, one trash bag in each can, and 1 laundry detergent tablet is provided. This is intended to get you by until you get to the store to buy the supplies you need.

Guest will receive an email from the HOA to register their vehicle. The HOA requires guest to register their vehicle and to purchase their parking pass directly through them. Upon arrival guests will pick up their parking pass at the onsite office. The price of the parking pass is not included with your reservation with me. The office is open 7am-11pm daily. If you arrive after the onsite office has closed for the day you can pick up your parking pass the next day when the office is open. Guests that pre register their vehicles and purchase their parking passes through the link provided are charged a lower price than guests that purchase the parking pass from the onsite staff upon arrival. Island Winds East only allows guests to purchase one parking pass.

The HOA limits the parking to 2 parking pass per unit. There is a souvenir shop across the street, Island Outfitters, that does offer paid parking there as well if you need parking for more than one vehicle.
