Southern Grace is beachfront in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores, Alabama. Miss the traffic coming into town, come on Sunday instead of Saturday! Plus you'll have FREE Golf and Activities every day of your stay to make it even better (value of up to $700/day). **Not available for Jan/Feb longer term rentals.

Sorry! NO COLLEGE GROUPS. We welcome teams, church groups, faculty-sponsered groups. Please note we are unable to rent to unchaperoned college groups or groups under the age of 25. Maximum of 14 adults. Hangout Festival weekend there is a $1000 refundable security deposit.

Southern Grace is a lovely, upscale house with 6 bedrooms, 5 full baths offering plenty of room for the entire family. We hope you'll find the same sense of peace that we do on this beautiful stretch of sugar-white beach. Enjoy 3 king bedrooms (1 has a daybed & trundle), 3 queen bedrooms (1 has a pair of queens), and 5 full baths.

The main floor has a great room that spans the width of the house and offers nearly floor to ceiling views. The large kitchen has 2 refrigerators and lots of counter space for families that like to cook together. There is a large laundry room and you'll find 2 king bedrooms, each with adjoining baths (one also opens to the hall).

Upstairs you'll find 4 bedrooms including the beachfront king master, a bedroom with a pair of queens and a private bath, a queen bedroom with an adjoining bath that also opens to the hall, and a cozy queen bedroom down the hall. All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs, and of course we have WIFI.

Each of the 3 levels has a full width porch with seating, outdoor dining and more.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a phone, as well as a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
Enjoy the recreation opportunities such as a water park or make use of other amenities including barbecue grills.

Simply the best
The house was so clean & smelled nice. We’ve never stayed at a house so well supplied in the kitchen. There were even beach toys, chairs, etc. All of the ladies agreed, it was the best house we’ve stayed at in the past 10 years.

We thought the location & layout of the house were awesome! Steps to the beach & not crowded being far enough in between public access points. Walmart deliveries groceries so that was huge plus as well, we didn’t have to fight the traffic.

Very nice house with everything you need . Beautiful views of the ocean and beach was not crowded at all. A wooden walkway to to the beach would be nice it was a little bit of a work out carrying your chairs and umbrella through the thick sand. Not as young as we used to be 😊

Loved all of the space with 6 bedrooms. 2 washer/dryer sets & 2 frigs. Very nicely decorated and new condition. We sat a lot on the balcony outside the master for the view. September is a great time to be there with mostly adults out on the beach.

Annual Girls Trip
We have been doing out annual trip for 15 years now and we all agree this was the best house we have stayed in. We had 13 ladies and we are very comfortable. Plenty of bedrooms and places to sleep without bunk beds! The 2 refrigerators was so nice to have on top of an ice maker. I think this is the first year we have not had to make multiple ice runs! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The house has a huge RAT, that was seen multiple times by family members . On our first night he (the rat) enjoyed a loaf of bread, cookies and a few day snacks . He needs to be attending to, trapped or shot but removed from the premises.

Amazing House! Perfect for larger groups
We had a fabulous family vacation at Southern Grace. The house was large enough to give everyone a bit of privacy when they needed it. The double refrigerators were amazing! We usually end up keeping drinks in a cooler and running out for ice, but not this time, we had plenty of room. Bonus for the separate ice maker and washer and dryers on each floor. Mice were not an issue for us as some other reviews stated. I reached out to the property management company prior to coming and was told the issue was resolved and it was. Everyone in the group said their beds were comfortable. Could use a curtain or blinds on the door going out to the upstairs porch, not everyone wants to be up at first light on vacation. The kitchen dishes and supplies were perfect for cooking and eating in. We really enjoyed our visit, except for the biting flies, this was our first bad experience with flies and we vacation somewhere along the gulf every fall school break. Highly recommend you check this house out.

This house is very comfortable and set up to feel like home with a beautiful view of the water, The deck is a perfect place to start and end each day, located close enough to shopping and activities to be convenient but far enough away not to be a bother.

Perfect house for large group
This house is amazing, even better than the photos. It has a huge open living area with big kitchen, bar stools, large dining room table and plenty of couch/chairs in the living room area to lounge. The communal space makes it perfect for large groups. The outdoor decks off the main living area and Master were lovely. We had 12 people and there were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to be comfortable. It's so nice that they have beach chairs and games accessible to guests. The place was clean and communication with the owners was easy. Highly recommend, we'll definitely be booking again in the future!

We stayed here for a week with our best friends and family, was beautiful home! Very spacious and the view of the ocean was amazing. Right on the ocean. Had so many beach chairs and toys for all the kids. Highly recommend! Will definitely be back.

I can't say enough about this Beautiful home and Amazing location!!! We loved having 2 fridges and 2 sets of washer/dryers. With 4 adult children with their own spouses and children, we needed them! I cannot tell you how nice it was to not have to worry about anything as this home has it ALL, including beach items. All 7 of our 20 something kids were pleasantly surprised after opening the closet under the house and finding boogie boards, rafts, and beach toys....yes, they suddenly were all 5 years old again!

The consumer is not well represented in the leases
Hurricane Sally messed with our plans. We could not check in until Oct 2 nd. The property managers did try to work with us. We were scheduled to check in Sept 28th. But the city closed gulf shores until Oct 2 nd. Goeff, with property management, contacted us and offered a refund for the first 3 days the city was closed or we could extend our stay by three days. Very fair and reasonable ...right. We selected to extend our stay. Property was clean and ready for us. Then hurricane Delta shows up and we were told to vacate the property a day early per city mandate. The property management did refund a days rent to us. Very fair, when we return to Gulf Shores we will definitely try to rent this property again.

We love Souther Grace!
This is a great place to stay! We stayed here 4 years ago loved it and returned again this year. However the house is showing some wear and tear since the first time we stayed. It’s still a nice house though. I love the 2 sets of washers and dryers and 2 refrigerators. I hope to return soon in the future.
