Island Tower 1203 is a corner unit on the 12th floor with stunning views. The kitchen features modern cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, and a private bathroom with a jetted tub. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a TV, and a private bathroom, while the third bedroom also offers a queen-size bed and a TV. All bedrooms have balcony access with Gulf views. The dining room table seats eight, and there's room for four more at the bar. A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. Please note that Island Tower is not a pet-friendly property. The association requires all pets on the property to be documented and registered before guests' arrival. Pets on the property without proper registration will result in a $200 fine for the owner, the pet will be required to be removed from the premises, and guests may be evicted.
