Welcome to Gulf Shores Plantation, the ultimate complex for families seeking a paradise of their own. As you enter, you'll encounter a guard shack where you can acquire parking passes and any essential information about the complex.

This gated resort community boasts a wide array of amenities, from tennis courts, volleyball, and a putting green to basketball courts, shuffleboard, outdoor swimming pools, and several grill areas. You can also relish dining at the Sassy Bass restaurant.

The complex offers access to private, sugar-white beaches, natural sand dunes, and meticulously landscaped surroundings, providing activities suitable for all ages and creating the perfect setting for family getaways. The adjacent Kiva Dunes Golf Club and its excellent restaurant are within walking distance, while you're just a short 15-minute drive away from the numerous attractions that Gulf Shores has to offer. It's important to note that boats are not allowed on the property.

This beautiful unit is equipped with a large flatscreen TV that's easily viewable from the dining area. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a private bathroom, and a TV, while the second bedroom also offers a king-size bed and a TV. A sleeper sofa in the living room allows for additional guests. The kitchen has been thoughtfully updated with granite countertops and a stylish tile backsplash. You'll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. For those who enjoy an occasional glass of wine, the condo is equipped with a wine cabinet and cooler, making it feel like your home away from home.

For your stay during the Winter Season (January and February), please note that reservations made before October 1st require a minimum stay of 60 days (two months). Reservations not meeting this criteria may be subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations can be made for the winter months with a minimum stay of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Additional Information:
Parking passes must be purchased via a link sent two days before your arrival to secure parking.
Linens are provided; please remember to bring your own beach towels.
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one trash bag per trash can, and one roll of paper towels.
Boats or trailers are not allowed at this property.
