Close to the lake. Room very clean. Have stayed here multiple times. Parking does get full later in the evening. But overall really good.

I arrived booked for two nights and on check in was allocated to a room which smelled strongly when I entered. It was a bit like burning but off. I opened both doors to create a through breeze and unpacked. It was too bad to handle so I went to reception. They had the no vacancy sign on. She gave me an air freshener spray which I used in large volume and then returned as requested. I spent the night in that room but it smelt badly all night and I was awake at 5am. I was at reception a few minutes after it opened at 8am and said it was not ok and could I have a different ground floor room please. I was allocated a new one without difficulty. The woman said that she suspected people had burned something in their previously. I was both validated and frustrated at once. That means you put someone into an access room knowing it smelled bad. I have multiple conditions triggered by things like this. I was so frustrated by that. I do feel bad for them, they were done wrong by their prior guest, but they passed that on to me. Not acceptable and I will not be returning. I also noted she didn’t actually apologise for the inconvenience at all.

Liked the short notice for booking and availability, heated pool and spa. Didnt like " super king bed " was extrealy uncomfortable, had what felt like a block of wood down the middle and what felt like next to no matress, left with a really sore back for the 3 hour drive home the next morning

We had a enjoyable stay the spa was a bonus in our room and also a beautiful view. Would definitely stay again, very close to walk to town, pity the weather wasn't good . This motel has been renovated in recent years. The bathroom had a good sized shower. A spa in the room, a kitchenette. Balcony. There are lake views. Car parking is under the rooms and some are covered. We would certainly stay here again. Thanks.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable, lots of room for a portacot if needed. bathroom is basic and minimal and the lounge/kitchen area was a great fit for family time. The parking is a bit awkward, but right outside rhe room. Overall i would recommend
