The name of this home is Cocoa's Cabana- all who visit know they are experiencing a well-deserved vacation away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Important Information
*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties.

Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

Very nice house, it looked newly renovated. The house was clean and beds were comfy. It’s in a good location. Beach access was perfect!! The booking was easy. They kept in touch during our stay to make sure everything was satisfactory. Our entire experience was great!!

First Family Vacation

My wife and I stayed here with our 11-month-old son for a week. The house was in a great location. It was the perfect distance from the crowds, but still close to all the shopping and food options. The home was completely updated and felt like a high-end private home. Everything was extremely cozy and clean. We could not have asked for anything better.

Great Location but bare minimum

My family of 8 adults all stayed comfortably at Jus Piddlin! We originally booked another house back in December but got a call two months before our trip that it was cancelled due to a pipe burst. So this was the house available during our stay. It’s a prime location! Not too busy and a perfect view! I would say the thing this VRBO is missing is details. You have to bring EVERYTHING. No sugar, coffee filters, beach towels, charcoal, etc. No rugs or personal touches which makes sense because this is a company owned and not family owned. The downstairs bathroom has a bit of a bug problem but all beds and sheets were comfortable and clean. The fridge takes a long time to get cold enough to keep your items cold. We were nervous our milk and meat would go bad but after a couple days it got cold. I just think this VRBO could invest in a better fridge, rugs, better bath towels, and outdoor chairs that you can see the view when you sit outside. Overall we had a great time!

Beach Vacation

Our family two grown children, their spouses. Their children a total of 3 under the age of 7. We had a great stay. Even though we had to contact the owners a couple of times during our stay. They were very responsive both times. Once we requested a new hose to rinse off after coming back from the beach. The one that was originally there had multiple holes in it. They brought one over in a couple of hours. The second call was more serious as the air conditioner stopped working and a whole new unit had to be installed. The owners had a repair person there within a few hours and the new unit was installed by the end of the day. The pictures online make the house appear slightly larger than it actually was but I think that is the case with most Vrbo sites. We did have to provide our own toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish washing soap. It was a bit of a hike to the ocean due to having to climb a sand dune to get to the beach. But all in all we had a wonderful vacation. The back deck was a favorite of the kids.

Anniversary Getaway

We had a very nice time staying at this property. Very clean, great location, and quiet during this time of year. We had a small issue with the door but the property manager and maintenance communicated with us promptly and got the issue resolved. Of mention, the property manager and maintenance were both very friendly and courteous. I would recommend this property to friends and colleagues. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

This property surpassed our expectations

The Cocoa Cobana beach house was exceptionally clean and tidy upon arrival. The door keypad was extremely easy to use. The online property listing was described very accurately. The property manager was very responsive. When a smoke detector battery needed replacing, maintenance arrived shortly after I notified the property manager. All the appliances as well as the Wi-Fi functioned properly. The bed was comfortable. The A/C functioned well. We had a totally unobstructed view of the ocean and beachfront. The ocean was just a few feet from our front door and deck. The beach house and beach location were ideal and very quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and spent a lot of time on the deck as well as the beach. The property surpassed our expectations, and we plan to return, hopefully to the same property.

Great Property!

Cocoa's Cabana is a great property. It was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen was well-stocked with plates, glasses, cookware, etc. We just have two suggestions: a pair of scissors for hard-to-open packages from the store and a working vacuum or electric broom for sweeping up sand. The one provided spit out more sand than it picked up. Overall, we had a fantastic stay, and we would definitely rent this property again!
