Stay in this Gulf Shores Townhouse and enjoy the privacy a townhouse has to offer. This bright, sunny, nicely decorated two bedroom and two and one-half bathroom town home, with two levels, is sure to instill beach vacation spirit. It also offers easy access to popular resort attractions you are certain to enjoy. Relax on the comfortable furniture in the living area, where you will find a TV, DVD/VCR player. In the kitchen are all the cooking tools you need for making a variety of meals, and close by is a table with six chairs. A small table and chairs on the balcony facilitates fresh air dining while you enjoy the scenery. Your master bedroom suite offers a king-size bed, a television and DVD player, and balcony access, and a private on suite. The guest bedroom provides a queen size bed, and a set of triple bunks and a semi-private bathroom. The half-bath is conveniently located in the downstairs living area. This town home also offers a washer and dryer for your convenience. Covered parking, and internet access. There is not an elevator located on the property. FREE WIFI. Gulf Shores Townhomes #11 is located at 723 West Beach Blvd. approximately half a mile west of Hwy 59.

This property allows up to two vehicles per reservation. Beach chair rental available for a fee. No trailers.

We really enjoy our stay, We loved the fact that we could leave the beach chairs/ pool toys in the garage and not have to bring them back in the room… We did have 2 vehicles there and wasn’t aware that it only came with one parking pass until we got our check in information and had to $60 for the 2nd parking pass, I feel this needs to be online when making the reservation

This property was fabulous- a hidden gem! Some of the things we loved about this property: carport directly under and private entrance made everything so easy, literally steps to the pool and beach, beautifully decorated, kitchen very well equipped, washer and dryer were excellent. Going to the beach was a breeze and so close. Pool was great and never too crowded, even when there were double red flags at the beach. We walked to dinner every night and didn't have to fight parking at restaurants. Our one complaint would be the king bed- you couldn't sit or roll over without it making loud noises or feeling like it would break in two.

Would stay again!
The location of this condo is perfect! It’s on the beach close enough to walk back and forth for needs so you don’t need to haul everything to your beach spot. This also sits directly next to the pool area so you can sit on either deck and still not feel too far away from your group. There’s a hose at the condo to wash your feet and beach belongings - super convenient! The master is very spacious and the second bedroom, although not as spacious, has a ton of sleeping space with the triple bunk and queen size bed. There is plenty of closet space to store items and several hangers throughout the upstairs spaces to dry suits and towels. Very well thought out! The kitchen is very small (two adults max in the space) but it has anything needed to cook through the week. We had 8 adult(ish) in our group and we were all able to hang out together in the living room and dining area. The living room has a pullout couch which is also another awesome sleeping space. I was impressed overall with the space and how easily 8 adults coexisted in this condo for a week. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again in the future!

Great Beach Vacation
Perfect location for a family vacation. The townhouse was so close to the beach, it made it easy to walk and carry all of our bags, chairs and umbrellas down to the beach. We loved the garage with water hose for cleaning off our beach chairs every day! This was one of my favorite beach vacations and we are already planning another trip! The property manager quickly responded to any questions by text with great customer service.

Awesome Labor Day getaway
Super clean and very comfortable!! Loved the townhome setup and the entire complex was very nice. Furnishings and beds were very comfortable!! We liked having the 2 little balconies, but the doors are difficult to open and close. Loved the key coded front door, so nice not having to keep up with keys. Very roomy living spaces also!

Quiet Weekend
Location is perfect and right on the beach. Just a short walk over the dune. Unit is older and the building did get some hurricane damage however, this unit seemed to be spared. Parking is directly under the unit. There are plenty of stairs so may not be best for older couples. I would recommend and stay here again.

We didn't want to wait on elevators in a high rise condo and this was the perfect place for us, drive under carport is perfect even when dodging Tropical Storm rain and the beach access was perfect. We will definitely visit and book again. Was very clean, cozy had everything we needed for our short get-away!

Too many hidden fees
Love the property location was great.But there were over five hundred dollars in miscellaneous fees along with a two hundred ninety five dollar owner fee which I understand but not several listed miscellaneous fees how many of those can be real fees when they don’t even state what they are
