POOLS ARE CLOSED UNTIL MAY!!!! Construction everywhere. Our “pool view” was a view of a construction site. They claimed to us that they had told 3rd sites. We did not see that on hotels.com. They refused to refund. Tried to tell us the onus is on us to look at their website. Completely unacceptable. My wife also said it smelled like smoke. go stay at Island House. It was way better

The pool view mentioned in my booking was gone, and limited ocean view, hot water was hit or miss, no room refreshed unless ask by 10 am the day prior. No outdoor seating, we had to pay a third party for chairs. I spoke to the manager and she offered free breakfast and parking for compensation, which we didn’t use. Maybe they will step up their game after the renovation.

Right on beach and clean. Liked that. Did not like it was advertised with pool and hottub at a good price. Get there and whole area dug up being redone. Price charged was higher than advertised.

I have to be honest and say that my stay at the hotel last week was not ra good site especially being on the second floor and the view was just dirt like you couldn't even see over the sand piles to see the water. I was very disappointed because I had brought my daughter over for her birthday and, the site was horrible. I just believe that we should've been told that we will be looking at a site like that. When I put in for oceanfront or beachfront I think I should've been told that I would be on the floor where I was see only dirt. That would have definitely changed my mind about my stay.? I would've would have chose another hotel.

It seems very outdated. We only had hot water the first night of our stay. There was no warning when we booked online about the renovations being done during our stay. The pictures online and description indicated a pool on site however it is closed for renovations until 2025. The last day signs got put up that morning that all water would be shut off for several hours. There was no indication prior and they back dated the sign they hung up last minute. However most staff on site were friendly and welcoming.

Nice location. Friendly staff. Would have really enjoyed using the balcony to enjoy the ocean views. Unfortunately the occupants of the room next door enjoyed smoking marijuana most of the night and early the next morning. Not the hotels fault but disappointed still.

Hot water in shower did not work. Coffee maker did not work. Construction banging noise all day. I could not enjoy staying in balcony to watch the ocean view. I asked for full ocean view beachfront. However has buildings on side not really a full view.

This is a great beachfront hotel in Orange Beach. It is convenient to lots of shopping and good places to eat and the beach is very nice. The only reason I did four stars instead of five is the pool area was closed for renovations. I am sure the upgrade will make it even better in the future. This was my third stay at this property and I will use it again in the future.

Cockroaches & No Towels. Great visit except hotel
Took the wife to Orange Beach to celebrate 10 year marriage. Greatly disappointed that we requested towels @ approximately 1050a and did not receive them until 2:15pm (we had already purchased them from Dollar General after my second visit to the front desk). My wife mentioned she saw a COCKROACH (room 608) of Friday night. I blew her comment off. Then on Sunday morning at 6:00am, I woke up because a freaking COCKROACH was crawling on my hand while asleep in bed. Not cool!

Pool has been torn out and we were not notified of this before booking. No credit or alternate options were offered. This place is old, tired and dirty, the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. This was a bad stay but we made the best of it. I have no complaints of the staff, they were friendly and helpful but the building is just awful and not worth the money.

Don’t stay here! We checked in and went to our room on the 3rd floor. After a 8 hour drive needed to use the restroom, bathroom dirty, even toothpaste in sink and on countertop where it was NOT cleaned. Then, the sliding door to bathroom wouldn't stay closed. You close it and if slides right back open. Few other non working things in that room. We went downstairs and very kind young lady said she would move us to second floor. We came to second floor. Obviously, the bathroom doors is a common thing because this one won't stay closed either. NO ONE wants to shower or use the toilet for everyone to see or hear! I don't like to complain and certainly don't make a habit of it because I try to stay at nice establishments so I don't have issues. It's very embarrassing to bring a friend on a trip and have these kinds of issues. This is certainly not like any other Hilton property I’ve been to.
