Our Condo unit #366 is on the 3rd floor with wonderful views of the gulf! This complex is right on the beach. New master bathroom mattress and tiled walk in shower. One of the largest (1500 Ft.) fishing piers on the Gulf is within easy walking distance. Sea and Suds restaurant is one block away right on the water. The Hang Out restaurant and Gulf Shores largest public beach is within easy walking distance. Beach service (chairs and umbrellas) can be rented in season. Check in is 4:00 and Check out is 10:00. You have paid for one parking pass. Just ask for a 2nd pass if you need one. Your passes will be in the kitchen. During holiday weekends no more than one pass will be available.

Main balcony, family room and master Bedroom are right on the beach and have beautiful views of the Gulf. Pelicans and other diving birds can be seen regularly along with occasional dolphins.
On the ground level: Nice swimming pool and several charcoal grills. The patio area under the building is covered and has with wooden swings for reading, several tables, chairs for picnics or just relaxing when you want to get out of the sun.
