"Welcome to Seacrest, your perfect destination offering a mix of thrilling adventures and serene relaxation. At the resort, you can spend your day by the poolside gazebo, enjoying a delightful dinner cooked on the charcoal barbeque grills, or playing in the white sands along the beach. A short drive can lead you to the nearby amusement park or the mini- and big-boy golf courses. Returning to your condo, unwind in the hot tub or simply relish the panoramic views from your private balcony. These experiences will surely beckon you back year after year!

This Gulf front haven provides a cozy yet spacious setting for the entire family. The balcony showcases breathtaking views of the pool area, the beach, and the extensive Emerald Coast. The kids will be delighted with their own bunk beds, complete with pocket doors for nap time privacy. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delightful meal for the family, to be enjoyed in the living area or on the balcony while embracing the stunning views and gentle ocean breezes. Additionally, the exact same unit is available right next door. The master bedroom is adorned with a comfortable king-size bed, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun, along with a TV. The sleeper sofa in the living area accommodates two more guests comfortably. You can listen to music on the stereo, watch a movie, or connect to Wi-Fi for browsing the web.

For reservations during the Winter Season (January and February) made before October 1st, a 60-day (two months) minimum stay is required. Reservations that don't meet this criterion may be subject to cancellation by the management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may be booked for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Seacrest is professionally managed by Poole and Associates.

The balcony will be closed in October and November 2024.

Additional Information:

Parking Passes are required and can be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office. A maximum of 2 parking passes per reservation is allowed, accommodating 2 cars. The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels. Linens are provided; however, please bring your own beach towels.

Great location. Tile popped up and broke while we were there which was a little scary. The unit was great. The location was great. Was disappointed when I used the email provided to ask questions and was told I would have to call to get answers instead of simply answering me (simple questions like if there was a crockpot). Also, previously when visiting Gulf Shores, we were sent a code, but for this unit/company, we had to physically go check in to get a key. Much prefer contactless check in and will look for that in the future.

Overall this was a great to place to stay. My husband and I enjoyed the unit and it’s location. The bed was comfortable! The curtains in the bedroom could let less light through. Loved having and iron skillet!!! A pair of scissors would have been nice but we made due.

Great Location

The property was in a great location with easy access to the beach and covered parking. The condo could use some TLC that would help to make the stay memorable rather than functional. It had what we needed and was where we wanted to be. If it were updated a bit I would surely stay there again.

Horrible condo

We had many issues broken & wrong with our room. I called maintenance to fix everything upon arrival, but they never showed up. Don't let the online pictures for you. This place is not taken care of and very worn down and disgusting. The elevator got stuck on a floor and is 7 months over due past inspection. There was an unresolved massive water leak on May floor levels. Black mold in the room and a mildew smell. Surprised this building is still standing and hasn't collapsed yet. They don't provide any toiletries and other items needed. Do not stay here or waste your time, go else where ! The Google online reviews aren't the greatest either. Wish I would have known and read them before booking.

Perfect Stay!

This place served our purpose of a relaxing simple getaway. Our group of three fit comfortably and we LOVED the view. We saw dolphins and stingrays each morning! This condo provided all the necessary amenities and we have no complaints! The location to places to eat and shop was great! We loved having our own little stretch of beach. Checking in and out was an easy process and the staff members were extremely nice! My group and I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a simple condo right on the beach!
