Phoenix Gulf Shores 2102 is a three-bedroom, three-bath condo with amazing Gulf-front views from the 21st floor.

Brand new pickleball court is now open!

• Access to the balcony is from the living room and primary bedroom

• Tile flooring is throughout the unit

• Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a wet bar. The dining room table seats six and there are four bar stools for additional seating.

• Full-size washer and dryer in the unit

• The living area has a sofa sleeper

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• The second bedroom has two queen-size beds

• The third bedroom has two queen-size beds

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

• Maximum of two cars allowed. Parking passes are $55 each and are limited to 2. Guests must provide registration information in advance and will then purchase parking passes online via a link sent by email, after they have been registered.

• Minimum age to rent is 25.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Great experience. I will go back. Great access to the beach. . The pillows are too hard and hurts your neck. King size mattress sinks to the middle. Tile around indoor pool is slippery. Our kids fell several times walking around the pool. This will be a law suit. Heads up.

Facility is very family friendly and fits desires for all ages of kids. Condo is extremely spacious and comfortable but low on dishes and cookware for large families. Lots of security codes and doors. Maybe a bit too much. Clean Beach beach

Get Away

The stay was great. One opportunity is parking passes. We reserved a three bedroom, three bath condo (6 adults with three cars). Before arrival was trying to secure three passes instead of two but was told there was NO WAY and referred me to Premium Parking which is not across the street!! The cost was $90!! Upon arrival we were told there was plenty of space to provide me with another pass. However, it was too late to cancel Premium Parking!! Need to upgrade pillows. Remotes did not control the equipment as designed. The multifunction remote does not control all of the tv functions. Three of the four hdmi port on the tv in the den are non functioning. (My husband works in tv and computer networks and installation). We did enjoy our stay and would love to come back.

We had an amazing stay at the Phoenix! The 3 bedroom condo was very spacious for 3 families meeting up in Gulf Shores for vacation. The location was perfect being right on the beach with an amazing balcony view. We didn’t want to leave!

This condo was great! The view alone is priceless! So clean and felt like home away from home! We also took advantage of some of the free passes of activities, note it’s only 1 free ticket a day, but still great. The only feedback I would have is to improve the internet connection and make it password protected. Families with baby cameras won’t be able to connect to the WiFi without it having a password, so we had to turn our cell phones into hotspots.

We had a great stay here! We never had to reach out regarding any problems, and everyone loved the roomy condo. We loved watching the sea animals from the balcony every morning! Owners are very nice and they even called after our arrival to check in on us.

Beautiful condo, just as described. Easy check in. We requested extra blankets and they were quick to deliver. Great pools!! Both zero entry inside and outside. Slide was great for the kids. Would definitely recommend this condo.

Wife’s 40th

Rented this condo with some friends for my wife’s 40 birthday. Had plenty of space for 5 adults and 7 kids. Balcony is plenty big and the pool was the kid’s favorite. Front desk help was top notch. Will stay Agin next year if available.

Beautiful ocean front condo on the 21st floor.

The property is conveniently located near many restaurants and offers a stunning view of the gulf. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony where we could see dolphins, turtles, manatee and sharks every morning! Spacious living space. Lots of storage so you do not have to live out your suitcase while you are there. And having 3 full bathrooms was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again.
