Little Bit of Heaven, located just a few miles from historic Fort Morgan, is a gorgeous beach cottage that is truly magazine worthy, located 100 yards from the Gulf. The understated style flows through every aspect of this relaxing cottage, including the upscale furnishings and wood flooring throughout.

There is 930 square feet of outdoor living space, some of which is covered, with views of the Gulf and Bay. A comfortable exterior sofa on the covered porch on the west side of the house makes enjoying beautiful sunsets a breeze. The outdoor area has a pergola that is wonderful for outside entertaining.
The front deck has dining area with a view of the Gulf. A small back deck is located off the bonus room.

The master bedroom features access to a large west-facing deck. The master bath has a large deep soaking tub with a TV to watch as you relax.

This home is pet friendly, limit one dog. No other pets allowed. The following breeds are prohibited by the association by-laws: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, or Pit Bull. To book a pet friendly property, you MUST call the office Monday-Friday 9-5 at YOU CANNOT BOOK A PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY ONLINE.

Rules for renting with a dog:
-Your dog must be older than 9-months.
-Your dog must always remain on a leash when outside of the house.
-You must clean up after your dog.
-No excessive barking.
-Paid pet fee of $120, PER PET. (It will be itemized on your receipt.)
Failure to follow these rules WILL result in immediate eviction of you or your dog, with no returned money.

Great stay at Fort Morgan

Enjoyed our stay. House was very clean and enjoyed the patio a lot. Good communication with property company. Even added a day to our stay with no issues. Pictures need updated, thought beach access was a bit closer. Still not very far though. There is now a large yellow home in the open area that you see from the patio pictures that blocks your view a little bit. Also, the listing sleeps 6. 2 of those 6 had to sleep on the couch and a smaller daybed. Overall, I would not say either of those made the stay bad by any means.

Relaxing!

My husband, son and truly enjoyed our time at A Little Bit Of Heaven! Perfect size and location for us. There weather was great which made our stay even better. The only "complaint " would be cleanliness. The are rugs are very dirty as well as the covers on the couch, chair and dining chairs. We spent most of our time outdoors anyway.

We had a beautiful week at the beach. Everything was clean, the house had everything we needed. Especially liked the spigot on the deck for cleaning sand off feet and legs. Prompt attention to maintenance issues. Great decks, ample deck furnishings.

Amazing beach house. Very clean, easy access to beach.

The pictures did not do this place justice. Very clean and spacious. Short walk to the beach was great. The out door shower worked great as did the inside shower. All appliances were top of the line, including the washer and dryer. The A/C kept the house cool. The property manager texted us their info, but we didn’t need it, because everything was perfect. We will be back! 5 golden stars!

Living Up To Its Name

“A Little Bit of Heaven,” is just what the name implies! This beach house has been updated beautifully, and couldn’t be in a better location. A great place to get away from the everyday. Very peaceful and calming. Just the right size for that cozy, down home feel. Love it! Highly recommend!!!

Great location! Pleasing views

We loved the property! It was reminiscent of the cottages years ago with beautiful updates. We loved the outdoor shower (the master bath only has a deep tub) and the outdoor seating! The sleeping accommodations are NOT for two sets of adults as all the guest beds are twin/day/trundle. All white decor was brave, but lovely. Kitchen well-appointed. We will be back. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Perfect First Family Vacation!

This was our first family vacation with our little one. We absolutely loved the house and location! Everything was clean, comfortable, and we had all the cooking gadgets under the sun. We appreciated the convenient beach access. We went to the beach daily, walked on the beach, and walked in the neighborhood. The outdoor shower was also very helpful!

Perfect quick get away as a side trip

Our stay was different than I'm sure what it would usually be, due to things just reopening, social disatancing, etc. But this was the perfect location for that and probably for us at any time. Much more secluded and low key than the busier areas. Beautiful and practical unit! Had everything we could need, set up really well. Nice beach shower underneath. The patios were our favorite!! Listening to the wildlife out back/bird watching. Falling asleep, out of the wind, on the west side patio at night! Paddle boarding in the bay, nice wildlife areas to walk not that far away, a couple restaurants in Fort Morgan that had opened and were 1/2 capacity. We took the ferry to head home, that was fun too. Saw some dolphins. Very nice break from being home 24/7, but still felt like we were able to ease back into the new normal. Other areas were regular vacation time type busy it seemed...
