Unit 39. Great, two-story townhouse condominiums on the beach! No one above you or below you. The only 'TRUE LOW-DENSITY COMPLEX' on the Gulf! Only 40 units and 250 feet of beach front! No high rise next to you on either side. No obstructed views. Great Family Complex! No elevators to wait on! No long flights of stairs! Ocean view from EVERY room! Two balconies with nice metal bar stool chairs. Has a private garage (two cars) under unit. No long walk from parking lot. The private garage is wonderful for use as a barbecue and grilling patio. Grill steaks from a newer Weber grill while watching the waves break just feet away.

Every side is gulf side. Located at 723 West Beach Blvd. (182) 1/2 mile from US 59 (the 'T'). o, two story, no one above or below you... this spells PRIVACY! Something you do not have in a high rise! Two large bedrooms and two large bathrooms on the second floor with a private deck off the master. Kitchen, dining room, 1/2 bath and a deck off the living room on the first floor. Has washer and drier in the unit. Walk out of your door into your private garage, then onto the beach 20 feet away.

These townhouses feel like a private home on the beach with a pool. THIS PLACE IS LIKE HAVING YOUR OWN HOUSE ON THE BEACH... WITH THE POOL!!! Watch the kids play from your balcony. Enjoy drinks and dinner on your private balcony. Enjoy the use of wireless internet throughout the entire complex. Hotel quality linens and towels, all new! Brand New Air conditioners. Ice cold!

Wonderful location and stay
What a location and view. Just steps to the beach, and a great pool as well. Parking on site, easy drive to restaurants and activities if you choose to do so. Bedrooms up stairs and nice living room and kitchen area on main floor. Only negative for some may be that there are stairs to get in and once in to get to the bedrooms. Had wonderful time and if we come back would try to book again.

Our 9th stay in Gulf Shores and to Michael’s property at Gulfside Townhomes. Our kids who are now teens say that this is the place to make memories. We love the comfort of this condo, the ability to “kick back”, and the breathtaking views. We hope to return in 2025.

Wonderful experience!
This was our first time we have used VRBO and what a great impression it left for us. The property worked so well for our family of four. Not 1 but 2 levels to enjoy the view of the ocean/beach. Michael was extremely helpful with any questions and made the whole process a breeze. Footsteps away from the beach was such a luxury to have. We would definitely recommend this townhouse to our friends and family and look forward to another stay in the future.

Absolutely perfect! It was more than expected! Very clean, spacious and perfect for us! The location was a big plus!! And loved the fact that it had a covered area for parking. I wished we could’ve stayed longer. Oddly enough it was very quiet and peaceful. The pool area was great and we enjoyed it the first night there after checking in. The short walk to the beach was another plus!! We will be checking this location and townhome out again in the future!

very much in main part of city. Good beach access, area crowded heavily people and cars. Very developed area. Nice unit, construction noise very bad next door unit for 3 of the days. If you like a nice city beach area it is good. Owner was very friendly.

Construction work
I went there because I was having major surgery the week I was to return from there. The fest morning I was there for wake up to a jack hammer being used. I later look out my window and see construction workers on scaffolding peering thru my windows so there was no opening. The curtains. The manger told me could leave and h would refund me my money but who could find a room down there on hangoutI festival weekend. T try hen the second day we woke u at 7 listening to a jackhammer again. Then after that the manager would not get back up with me. . I’m am filing papers for him to reinmburess me for at least half my money . I think he owes me that. Because now I have all the worryies of the court doings. But he is not going to get away with this as easy as helthinks to is. He never said anything about any cosytructuon going n at all.

Long weekend
Owner failed to mention construction next door. Arrived Wednesday night. Workers showed up next door at 8AM Thursday and began working. About 10AM, they started drilling with a hammer drill / jackhammer. Worked until 5PM. Friday morning, they immediately started jackhammering. Luckily for us, they did not work Saturday, our last day. Contacted owner, he stated, he had let march/April renters know. Still didn’t help us. No remorse. Do not rent for at least2 more months. No way they finish before then.

The townhouse fit my families needs perfectly. It was a busy weekend for us with a soccer tournament and family members coming and going. We loved being on the beach and close to restaurants and shops. I recommend this home to anyone.

Convenient and Spacious
Had a great stay for spring break. The local beaches were tame for spring break and it was nice being able to walk right out onto the beach with the family and even watch the kids play from either of the two balconies. The pool was nice when it was too breezy down by the gulf. Definitely will return.

The location and view was the best part about our stay. We did have some flies but nothing overwhelming. Flies stayed in the bathrooms mostly. In my own opinion, the showers could use some updating and some new patio furniture would be a plus. Refrigerator is functional but i think it would be an appliance I would look at replacing as well. Overall it was a great place to stay on the beach.

Spring Break
Excellent property location right on the beach. Daily took a short walk to Pier 33 for great coffee and any needed little grocery items. The property is a little dated and could use just a small amount of the TLC be perfect. There are many shops and restaurants within a 20 minute walk. My wife did not want to leave!
