This unique 4,000 sq. ft. beach-front condo is the height of luxury and in the middle of everything in Gulf Shores. Commanding an entire upper floor of the beautiful Oceania Condo tower in Gulf Shores, there’s plenty of space and privacy for friends and family, with a private bathroom and balcony for each of the 4 spacious bedrooms. The bedrooms feature FIVE king size beds, with the West guest bedroom having TWO kings and the East guest bedroom having a sofa sleeper in addition to the King bed. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living area. SLEEPS 14!

You’ll enjoy breathtaking views from floor-to-ceiling windows, where you can watch dolphins frolicking in the Gulf or fish jumping in the adjacent lagoon. Beautiful property that is in need of updates. Beds were horrible . Linens and pillows need to be replaced. Many left with back problems Dishes were dirty. Ice machine was noisy, sounded like water running all of the time, one key was not useable. Hot tub jets were not working. Would really appreciate a clock or two. Skillet was unusable. Time to upgrade pots and pans

Perfect Stay!

Our trip consisted of my husband, myself and our 7 adult kids/spouses. It was absolutely perfect with each bedroom having its own master bath and a half bath off of the kitchen/living room. The property was very large and accomodated our large group well for everything from sleeping, bathrooms, kitchen/dining, lounging in the living room and the many balconies off of every room. The views were amazing. The elevator opening up to our condo was a little confusing, there were a few times on our way down that we would stop on another floor to pick up guests, which was their condo, so it was a little awkward, but no problems. The indoor pool was very warm and the hot tub was great! The outdoor pool wasn't heated and the gate between the indoor pool to the outdoor pool wasn't open, that could have been explained a little better in the description, we had expected to be able to go between the indoor and outdoor sections of the pool - maybe it was just the time of year and still too cool outside to do that. Anyway, overall stay was great and the propert was exactly what we were looking for for our group. Location was good, about a 1 mile walk to the Hangout and Pier 33 across the street had a great coffee shop upstairs. Would definitely book here again!

January Getaway

We were very pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. We had a party of eight and everyone enjoyed themselves. The condo was spacious enough for us to gather in one room, but all the rooms allowed someone to have their own space for some quiet time. The hosts were quick to respond to emails and very helpful with questions. We would stay again, in fact looking into future dates.

Unbelievable Place

Family Fun in Sun

This was our second stay at Oceania Gulf Shores. We love staying there because it’s not crowded due to only 14 units. The rooms are large and spacious. Everyone has their own bathroom. And beach is less crowded in that spot because of less families. Our AC had issues but property management handled it. We also like the convenience of being close to everything like grocery stores, restaurants, and Florabama.

Good for large groups

Property is ideally located in Gulf Shores. Large unit that takes up the entire 9th floor. Odd layout being long, running from the beach to the road. Elevator opens directly into your condo. Beautiful views and very spacious but not appointed or decorated up to luxurious standards. Rates are a little high for the quality of the unit. We enjoyed our stay but won’t rebook unless it’s redecorated and upgraded.

Beautiful condo

Our family stayed here for my daughters beach wedding. We held a small after wedding gathering. The condo was plenty big enough for us all. It had everything we needed. The views were spectacular. If there was any negative it was the balcony furniture. We love sitting for hours on the balcony and the furniture was extremely uncomfortable, flimsy and sparce for such an exceptional condo. However, this may not matter at all to some. The self check in was extremely easy and much appreciated after a long trip. There is also extra parking available just across the street. This is a lovely place for a family gathering. Plenty enough room for everyone. Highly recommended!!!

Fabulous Condo for a Large Group

Our group of nine ladies loved this condo! There was plenty of space to spread out. The king-size beds made it easy to share a room with someone. The views were incredible, and the kitchen was perfect. Already booked it again for next year!

Widow Club get-away

Love the idea of having the entire floor of the complex to your group but problems with the key fob allowed others to enter our condo first day we were there. Called security and were told, "it's not our problem....call management", which really upset me for this property's price point! It was eventually fixed but from what I've read, this is a recurring problem with this property/unit. The A/C worked great! That is always helpful. The furnishings were a little "tired" and worn out. Drapes in bedrooms were tattered and stained at the bottom. Were only given 4 rolls of toliet paper for 4 guests for four days! Had to purchase more. NO bath products except for soap/towels. No hair dryers either. No pantry items at all i.e. salt, pepper, pam, cooking oil---NOTHING! The inside pool area was dirty the entire time...dead dragonflies were in same position the entire visit even though there were people cleaning the pool. I was in town looking at investment property (including this complex) and saw much lower price point rental complexes MUCH cleaner and better maintained on the exterior.

While the condo was beautiful, it came with problems. The check in procedure is horrible! You have to step over a hole in the ground to get to your lockbox. There is no manager on-site and calling the rental office does you no good. The elevator is suppose to stop only your floor but that was not the case. We had two separate groups open the elevator to our floor and there is no door to stop them from coming in. We had someone parking in our parking space almost the whole time we were there. We called the rental office to no avail. They don’t even return your calls. The TVs kept going out and we called the number on the screen for service. They came the day before we left and they still didn’t work after the repairman left. It says you are not allowed to turn the air conditioner down past 75. If you are a hot blooded person this is not for you. One the plus side it has amazing views and offered the amount of beds and bathrooms we needed. It’s a shame because it is a beautiful condo but the service leaves much to be desired and safety is a concern.

We loved the Condo but the televisions were a little outdated and the cable kept cutting off around 12 am. The Realty Company was not good at all. We had issues getting in and we called and kept leaving messages but never got a call back. I even called after we made it back from vacation and still no call back. I will never use this Realty company Sandcastle Vacation Realty again nor will I refer them.
