The entire home is renovated, luxury house that will fit all of your family needs. Approx. 10 minutes from all coast casinos, Gulfport Water Park for amusement, walking distance to beaches and much more. This will be the perfect vacation home for your family gathering to get away to a nice beachy area on the coast of Mississippi.

Family Vacation

Had an amazing time staying here! The beach is right down the road, there is plenty of food nearby, and there was plenty of space for us in the house. Definitely recommend!

The house was nice and we loved that it had a fenced in back yard, as we brought our dogs with us. Things I disliked, the hot water tank was not working. We took cold showers for 2 days. There was a cleaning fee for the dogs plus a cleaning fee for the house, yet guests are asked to take out all trash, strip beds (with exception of comforter so I feel they are not washed frequently), put all towels in the washer, wash and put away dishes, etc. Im not sure what the cleaning fees are for if guest is asked to do 90% of cleaning.

Exteme Simplicity

We rent all over the usa, just read! 1. Lots of rules ridiculous? The neighbors in the surrounding area were the ones breaking the rules they left for us. 2. Area had a train that blares all night long as well as cars with loud music, so not good sleep even with a sound machine. Home was hollow we heard everything from outside! 3. Yard although good size doesn't have a nice yard, holes galore and uneven terrain. Some kind of animal living under the shed, crazy trash nest of leaves etc on side of house. 4. Beds!! Need to be replaced!! 5. No curtains so very bright at night. 6. Kitchen! OMG! what remodel was done? Its stuck in the 70's nothing modern couldn't cook anthing well. 7. No pets on outdated Walmart furniture! C'mon it was all Chinese made and extremely uncomfortable like the beds. We enjoyed our stay seeing our son at his first duty station but unfortunately this was the best we could find and it wasn't worth the cost. Nice people in mississippi but will not rent again. The only upgraded thing I saw was an entry level bathroom upgrade. Sorry.... not worth the price at all. It's a crowded culdesac by a train track! That wasn't disclosed at all.
