The property was old and rundown. The rooms were also very dated and not very clean. Or is a lot of hair in the bathtub drain. The property managers were nice and helpful, but they are definitely better places to stay in Gunnison.

This is an older property that is being kept up. The rooms are clean, the bed linen is clean, the bathroom facilities are clean, and the white wash and bath towels are without any stain. You cannot get this from many brand new properties. The breakfast includes scrambled eggs along with several other food items. The orange juice tastes like full body orange juice. This is a good place to stay at Gunnison. It stays on my list.

Our AC wasnt working. By the look of it, it hasnt worked in a while. By the time someone could come and determine it wouldnt work there were no other rooms. The "manager" called someone and asked if we could move to a different property but it was not a better location and we were traveling with friends.

This is a fine place to sleep for the night. The kitchen/ breakfast area is quite new looking and well stocked. The carpets are dirty or stained, as is the furniture in the room. The desk chair was broken. It looks like a lot of people have slept here. Despite that, the bed was comfortable and I slept well. I really just needed a place to sleep after a very full day on a work trip, and this was fine for that. The front desk person when I checked in was very professional and friendly.

This property should be removed from your recommendations. Property is deplorable. Thought the hotel was not in operation when entering the parking lot. Rechecked address. Went inside hesitantly. Did not feel comfortable. Checked in with hesitation. Hallway was unlit, narrow and dirty. Opened door to room immediately turned around and put keys in checkout box and left. DID NOT STAY THERE Facility should be condemned.

Don’t count on a shuttle!
The website said that they offer shuttle service to and from the airport. However, they wouldn’t answer their phone - even after I had called the day before and talked to the desk clerk who promised that he would be there until 11:00. He was there, but we called for 40 minutes and finally paid a shuttle service $22 each to take us there. The next morning he was away from the desk all through our breakfast. We finally asked another hotel guest to take us the short distance to the airport. Very frustrating. Also the place has 2 stories, but no elevator!
