The room was very nice. My complaint is that I could not find the WiFi info. It was not on the key card envelop. I called the desk and the clerk gave the password but was confused when I said I needed the name network. I ha other issue was breakfast. The milk was sour! So dis((disgusting!!

I didn't like the maid knocking on my door at 8:30 and then opening the door waking me up. Surely the Hampton Inn has a better system in place to notify the maid as to who has checked out. Chewed out the person at the front desk and he didn't seem to care.

Worst Hampton property I have stayed at. Single ply toilet paper, no dining, no hot tub, just a cheap place. Not the expected Hampton experience

Our check in was very smooth. The young man at the front desk was amazing. However, the room we were given was not cleaned…old towels in the floor, bedding everywhere. We informed the front desk and room was clean when we returned, no big deal. Bed was not soft. Water was either ice cold or boiling lava hot. Was quiet.

Terrible management, great workers.
We arrived around 10:15pm. The elevators were down due to mechanical issues, the lobby was very humid and uncomfortable to stand in. Front desk guy was well mannered and helpful with all the issues we came across, our room was on the 4th floor, told us we were automatically given a discount on our room due to the elevator situation. Once we get to our room we find it to be door jammed from the inside, we call front desk and he reassigned a new room with a further discount. He came up from the lobby to personally deliver our new keys to our new room. It seemed like he was the only worker for the night.

Air conditioner was broken. Never got house keeping. Had to go to the front desk to get clean towels and toilet paper. Had to search for someone to help at the front desk. Door lock died so we had 3 separate sets of keys. Only had one functioning elevator which eventually broke during our stay. Tv remote receiver broke. Stains on the floor and curtains.

well, the first room key we were given to us to an occupied room; later we were told they had some computer issues, so we were given anotehr key to a room that was empty and ours. in teh room there was only one bath towel. other than that, it was a typical hampton inn stay, good room clean, friendly staff, and nice breakfast buffet

My room was downgraded due to the door was broken. None of the room door locks worked so we had to have staff escort us to let us in anytime we wanted to leave. The room we did end up in was very dirty. There were scuffs all over the walls and headboard. Very much in need of tlc. We were offered a discount but as everything goes through Expedia, I wasn't going to get any compensation for the mess. We left as early as we could.
