The Lotte Busan is conveniently located in the center of town at the intersection of 2 major subway lines and next to numerous stores and restaurants. The hotel is beautifully decorated and maintained. Highly recommend.

The service at this hotel is outstanding. I felt very special the second we walked in… Everyone is always smiling at all times of the day and very helpful. I did really enjoy our stay, however, I did feel our room a little bit outdated, especially the shower. But the service and staff made up for that fact.

My stay was excellent. The hotel was centrally located with easy access to the subway and great places for food. The front desk service was welcoming and efficient. The room was clean, with no odor, and at the perfect temperature. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.
