We have stayed multiple times and the staff is always friendly and the rooms are very clean. We have 2 kids and the rooms are good size so you don’t feel cramped

Nightmare Stay!
We stayed at the Quality Inn on Rt 57 in Hackettstown, NJ. There was only 2 sets of towels; only one side of bed had a USB port; the floors were slanted; no sink stopper; shower head was broken…forceful shower and side of nozzle shot out water all over the walls and floor; coukd not get coffee in the lobby because of “prayer service!” And, comforter had pink stains on it. Really?? Most terrible stay ever!

Do a good job on customer service but don’t stop people from smoking right outside of the entrance door. It’s not pleasant to have to walk through the cigarette smoke!
