When we arrived there were a couple knats flying around at desk check in and at breakfast we saw a few as well The room appeared clean but there was a cushion outside of bathroom that had bleach stains and a hole on it Should definitely be replaced Outside of refrigerator had something on the part where door goes shut

It was not the quality I expected. Fruit flies were relentless when trying to eat breakfast. Breakfast was mediocre. Dumpsters were emptied in the middle of the night waking us both up.

Refrigerator cabinet was damaged hallway carpet appeared as if someone spilled bleach on most of it.Vending machines were not card ready (cash only) and needed to be replenished. The room was clean, however I was disappointed with the general appearance for the money I paid to spend the night there.

The check in was good, the place was quiet, but the overall appearance needs work. I worked maintenance and in the building trades for years, so i notice things more than most perhaps. I just saw a lot of wear and tear. Carpets that are stained, paint worn off in high use areas, torn bed skirts, and an overall need for an update. It's not a nice as i would have expected given its 8.2 rating on hotels.com, more like a 6 in my opinion. Pool is small and when we poke our head in to see it, found the pool area to be very warm, unused and like the rest of the hotel, lacking in appearance.

Nice quiet getaway
Buffet breakfast, jacuzzi room was awesome. The room was nice and clean. The king size was so comfy. The mall is in walking distance. Everything you need is in walking distance

I room went not the cleanest. They only clean you room every 3 day. On the 3rd day they didnt do anything in our room.. Everytime we need cleam towels i had to go to thw front desk to get them. They never dumped our trash in 4 days. It smelled very musty.
