It’s such a big hotel with thousands of guests so they can’t really customize your stay. Everything is just the bare minimum with comfort and service. The Qua spa was wonderful. The buffet was delicious. But we never got housekeeping even though we requested it. We did get a fresh set of towels after we called for them. WiFi didn’t work and when you call about it, the line hangs up. Cellphones did not work in the rooms.

Cesars said we could pay for refurb room. However , room was not refurbed , just new drapes and new taps. Room was still battered and scrapes everywhere.

I spent a few days in the hotel with wife. Two persons in a king room. Each one of us own a phone. We had to pay an additional $15/day to get internet access for a third device (laptop). That was on top of the "Resort fee". Stupid. I won't go back.

Caesars Palace is in an unbeatable location right on the Las Vegas Strip, making it incredibly convenient for those looking to experience major attractions, events, shopping, casinos, and a wide variety of dining options—all within walking distance. While the hotel offers plenty of luxury and entertainment, there are a few areas that could benefit from updates. The bathroom amenities could be refreshed, and the internet connection could be improved to meet the demands of modern travelers. Despite these minor issues, Caesars Palace remains a top choice for an unforgettable stay in Las Vegas. I would certainly recommend it for anyone seeking the full Vegas experience!

1. So-called upgraded room was noisy - amplified traffic sounds, loud music from adjoining properties, booming sounds repeatedly from Bellagio’s fountain display. 2. Had some leftover sandwiches and cheesecake that we placed in the rooms mini bar - there was no sign indicating we couldn’t do that. Next day, food was taken out by hotel staff - someone other than us enjoyed a really good lunch! Still waiting for CR management to call me regarding this issue. 3. Pool access was confusing due to a supposed “security issue.” Once at the pool, it wasn’t heated - very cold. 4. $50 a day for valet parking? $25 a day for self-parking? Ridiculous! 5. Jetted tub inside upgraded room was, in my wife’s words, “scuzzy” to the point that she decided not to use it. 6. Pair of surgical scissors required for post-operative wound dressing were stolen from the room. 7. Constant loud music in public areas, including casinos and restaurants, made it difficult to hear. This included in the parking garages where if you needed assistance you couldn’t hear the intercom. 8. Overall, most of the staff acted like they couldn’t be bothered or couldn’t care less with one notable exception - Nancy the bartender at Cafe Americano was a complete joy. She is to be commended for her level of pleasantry and customer service. 9. No shuttle service to Allegiant Stadium? Big missed opportunity. 10. In conclusion, I used to enjoy staying at Ceaser’s - not anymore. Overpriced, overrated, and overwrought.
