Hotel front desk service is terrible. Very bad attitude. Not even say hi or any greeting. Bad impression. Also, I booked a king bed room, but gave me a double bed without inform me. Hotel room AC is too loud. Kept waking me up at night. Not coming back.

Considering this property? they have low rating for a reason. We should had known better ourself after seeing the rating. Here are the reasons why we would not stay at Caesar Palace again 1) check in time is at 4 pm if any earlier you will have to pay $65-$35 fee. They would still want to change us $35 to check in the room at 3:30 pm 2)the hotel lobby and the casino has a very strong cigarette smell. Not good for people with asthma like me or family with little kids. event circus circus casino smell better 3) they didn't clean our room the 3 nights of our stay. we have to ask for fresh towels every single day. when we brought it up to the manger at checkout and she said why didn't we notify them? I did not know it was my job and plus we call everyday to get fresh towel and isn't it should be documented? anyway they told us to just leave the thirty towel outside our room. and someday it was still there when we came back from our outing 4) WIFI... ok we have a family of 4 and only two devices are included in the $50 per night resort fee. any additional device they will charge $14.99. and get this the WIFI DID NOT even work…… 5)If you travel every where with a water bottle like me....they don't allow water bottle refills. 6) if you bring back leftover there is no refrigerator for you to keep them expect a fridge filled with things you can purchase, which they are sensored so if you take it out you will automatically get charge. This is based on my experience. GL

BEWARE of the room surcharges. 2nd time they charge me for a movie rental $26.99 and mini bar fee ($82) although nothing was touched/rented. Receptionist waived those fees right away; no questions asked. Sounds like a lil scam they got going on if we dont check for those things upon check out. Convenient online check out is not that convenient when u pay attention to those extra charges. Sneaky system! Everything else amazing

The place overall is great. It is all boils down to the service— which is bare minimum. Charges you for every single thing. I had to dispute charges for things I never used. Phone charger. PEPSI!! Dont go near the mini bar fridge let alone put a finger there because they will charge you whether you used an item or not. Resort fees when the actual pool is closed is ridiculous. You have a cold item to store? Forget it. There is no fridge for you to use. They charge for another fridge to be brought up. Even basic “complimentary water “ most hotels offer they do not have. You are merely paying for the name. There’s way better hotels along the strip. Save your money!

Ceasars Palace I stayed there several times over the last 35 years. I had an upgraded room (4393) Bed needs a new mattress. Broken springs on bed on side by window??? Seriously??? I have never been to a hotel that didn’t provide complementary coffee and a coffee maker in the room for the guests. I had to pay for coffee in my room. How petty! Whichever management decided that that’s a good policy to get a few extra dollars should be fired. Is the management that made the deal with the provider of beverages getting kickbacks? I took the time to write this email, I’m hope that the person that reads this review is respectful enough to reply. Thank you.
