The staff was so lovely and polite and very accommodating. The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. They provide plenty of shuttles to get around to the bus and train stations. This was an incredible place to stay. The area is beautiful and the hotel was great. The staff was so accommodating and there was a shuttle to take us too and from town, which was a life saver with the steep inclines. The onsen and spa were beautiful and we loved all of the complimentary items provided to us. We will absolutely stay again!

Hotel is nice and location is good too. The fireplace was the highlight of the stay. Sipa glass of red wine hearing the firewood burn. However the room was not well maintain and there are insects.

Nice place for a family to stay in Hakone. Nothing really in walking distance, but the hotel does provide a free shuttle service, including from Odawara so contact them too find out more.
