lovely hotel
This hotel is in downtown Halifax near restaurants and shops. It was very clean. It is considered an airport hotel but be sure to allow enough time as it is at least 30 minutes from airport. We did enjoy breakfast at the hotel. They do have a parking garage which worked out well.

I have stayed here before but there have been budget cuts, if seems, as the nice little touches are gone. Although breakfast is still great and the rooms are clean and comfortable, the rooms no longer have any amenities (or hardly any). No notepad, no pen, no qtips, no water bottles and no tea, only coffee. Just would have brought a few things.

It was great other than a rattling air conditioner. We fixed it by turning it off and reporting it the next morning. I wish “parking available” showed that a fee was requested to the tune of $25 plus taxes.

Very nice hotel. Clean and really comfy bed. Loved the size of the bathroom and the shower. Breakfast was good. A little disappointed that they charge $20 to park your car, especially when there is no where else to put it because you are in the downtown core and the area around is a little sketchy.

We arrived early and asked for an early check in and told our room was not ready, They said they would call when it would be ready, we never did receive the call. The staff where not very helpful or friendly, the hotel was clean and the breakfast was very good.
