Property is old and needs work but Carlos was wonderful. Despite having no knowledge of our arrival, (Wotif oversight) and being mid winter, he generously gave us a room anyway and did all he could to make us feel welcome and at home. Thank you Carlos.

Basic facilities but reasonable for the price. Was in a great, central location - walkable to absolutely everything. Rooms were small bit we had access to a kitchen and living room with a free billiard table. Bert accommodating and friendly staff also.

It was a contactless stay. Did not see any hotel staff. Towels from previous guest were left hanging behind bathroom door. Bodywash dispensor in shower was empty.
