The bed was horrific, noisy everytime you move like a crib mattress and just as comfortable! The shower was covered I. Black body hair, like special places hair. Eeek never again

Check-in easy and staff polite, helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were nice; the ladies that ran it were helpful and patient with the Karen’s that couldn’t figure out the Buffett. Floor plan of building is odd(lots of turns, small hallways). Pool closed our first night there yet the lobby reeked of chlorine. Our room was average but no comforter or firm pillows King Bed did not support 2 adults sitting on front edge of bed; came right off head of the bed. My husbands only comment: “ the toilet paper sucked”.

This hotel was awful. The place is not cleaned very well. The room has electric plates falling off the wall. Could not close shades so the light from the parking lot made the room seem like daylight. I went to take the box of Kleenex out of bathroom and it was stuck to the counter. The mattresses were lumpy. I would not recommend this place. Overall dirty . Needs a complete overhaul. There was also a dog that barked in the parking lot.

It was seamless. Room wasn't dirty just extremely run down. There was a balcony door to outside that had an open 1/2 gap at the bottom that was open to outside. Old furniture and curtains.

I thought how bad can it be? When I booked for location near QU. Well nasty reviews are accurate. We left after first night for another hotel even though I already prepaid for longer. Didn’t feel safe. Dirty decrepit strange. Seems to house some people. Saw someone going thru dumpster. Just no.

I stayed here for an emergency night, needed a place to sleep. Wen I arrived late night to check in , the front desk had to charge me for another room and told me to speak with the manger in the morning. When I woke up and tried to, manager was out. I have been calling weekly manager never there and never returns my messages. Poor customer service.

The toilet ran all day and night. It made a noise all night. The tub had mold on the grout. The fan in the bathroom did not work. It steamed up and we had to keep the door open to shower.

Disappointing stay
Condition of hotel was bad. The bed did appear clean and was comfy we did sleep well but otherwise everything was a little gross. Breakfast was ok your average fair. The staff were indifferent I spent an unfair amount of time waiting for someone to appear from the back to check in and they had a phone glued to their ear the whole time. To sum up if you just need somewhere to sleep go for it but check out your options first,
