Great Stay- Will stay again!
Staff was extremely welcoming at night and very accommodating. Breakfast staff seemed like she would rather be anywhere else. Aside from that, the stay was perfect!

Nice hotel.
Hotel was very nice. Super clean. Which is refreshing these days. Bed was a bit hard...but it was a place to sleep. The front desk guy when we checked in was a bit rude. Nothing extreme, just seemed like he didnt like his job very much, and seemed to have trouble finding my reservation. I had to pull up an email with my confirmation # on it. Other than thst our stay was exactly what we expected. A clean, safe place to sleep overnight, so we could get up the next morning and travel back to Colorado.

I had to check out of property before checkout date. I talked to hotel and was assured if expedia sent an email that they would refund 2 night's. Expedia then told me the hotel told them they wouldn't refund the nights.

I booked 2 queen beds plus sofa bed to accommodate my family on Thanksgiving. When we arrived, our room was not ready which was fine. We went to our Thanksgiving lunch with family and came back to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were told that they had to switch rooms because they were over sold. Our room was downgraded to only one bed. He said he could cancel my reservation if that wasn't going to work for us. Well, it was Thanksgiving day and no where else to go. When we got into the room, there were no extra sheets/blankets/pillows for the sleep on sofa. I had to go ask for those too which he was annoyed that I asked. It was overall annoying and uncomfortable.

When I checked in on 10-19-24 around 9 p.m. the man at the front desk did not even say hello. He did say, "Name?". I said my name and he then said there is no reservation under that name. So, I spelled it. Then he said, okay I see it. No soft skills exhibited on arrival. No welcome in, no hello. I like the wood look on the floors in the rooms. However, upstairs guests were very loud stomping around past midnight, so not such a great rest. Not soundproof by any means. I did ask for the top floor, quietest area and I was given the 2nd floor, so I didn't get a good night's rest. Breakfast - They had a yogurt station, but no fresh fruit except whole green apples. Fresh berries would have been a nice addition to something healthy on the menu.

My family and I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the staff were very friendly, the room itself was disappointing. From the moment we entered, there was a strong smell of wet dog and smoke, which made it hard to feel comfortable. The floors were dirty and stained, and the restroom had holes in the wall, adding to the overall sense of neglect. The room was also uncomfortably hot, which made it difficult to relax. To make matters worse, we discovered roaches in the room, which was unacceptable. I expected a much cleaner space, especially considering how deceiving the pictures online were. While the staff were great, the room’s condition was a dealbreaker for me. Hopefully, management will address these issues moving forward.
