First we wanted to say thank you for the complimentary upgrade. It really added to our trip. Staff was very friendly and check-in was very smooth and the underground parking was easy to navigate. A short walk from the hotel and there was lots of great dining options.

I never submit reviews, but this Sheraton has awful customer service. A screaming argument by a couple in the next room awakened many of us on the floor at midnight. Security dealt with it, but not effectively; raised voices and door slamming continued. At checkout, when asked how everything had been, I replied "Not great, actually." The desk clerk asked "Did you want to use the same card we have on file to pay?" Not interested at all in listening, or offering some compensation for a terrible stay. Won't be staying here again; total lack of service.
