It was fantastic, my friend and I were here for The Eras Tour, the hotel staff was absolutely wonderful, I had an issue with my pants being too long and the staff gave me a quick and easy solution, they were hyping people up, when we came down with our outfits everyone was excited, the entire hotel vibe was on point, making the night even better

Great location, great service
Perfect location wise and ammenties. There is a coin laundry machine in the pool changing room with laundry detergent for you to buy uf you forgot to bring some. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Tours also knew where this hotel was to pick you up.

I was cat-fished. Picked this hotel because it was the top recommended hotel by Expedia. I pick out a king bed room but when I checked in they had changed me to a queen and told me “it’s a newly remodeled room with more space and a big walk-in shower”, so I accepted the keys only to find it’s an out-dated handicap room. Toilet was super low, bed was almost on the floor and it definitely hasn’t been remodeled as there was rust in the shower drain and the wallpaper was peeling off. Definitely not the room I booked and not worth what I paid.

We stayed for two nights. Although the check in line was long (Taylor effect) it moved quickly. The room was very nice, beds comfortable. We couldn't really get the heat turned down, we like a cold room for sleeping. Overall I would definitely stay again and suggest to friends.

My Sister and I recently stayed at the Chelsea Hotel Toronto for five nights, and I couldn’t be more disappointed with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff at CHECK-IN were incredibly RUDE {Rolled eyes to us} definitely NOT at ALL WELCOMING! Also, they wanted $124 to CHECK-IN 2 hours early although there were rooms ready. In general even with this unfavorable impression is a good hotel and has a great location, walkable to near restaurants, shops, and transport.
