Parking was easy for city hotel. Lobby nice and inviting. Unfortunately, our late arrival and early departure didn’t allow us to take advantage of any of the amenities.

Friendly staff. The Lady that checked us in went above and beyond to help me fix a problem that I caused. She even remembered me when I saw her later that night and wanted to make sure everything was resolved to my satisfaction. If I ever find myself in Billings, MT. I will definitely stay here and recommend this place to everyone.

Access to two restaurants, nice lobby for small gatherings, front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating, fast and friendly shuttle service. Wouldn't mind having coffee machines in room although the coffee in lobby was excellent.
