Beautiful hotel some kinks
The place is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. My only complaint is they have a dog in the lobby that barked incessantly and we had a hard time hearing the woman at the desk-stressful. Also we were trying ahead of time to schedule a large luncheon and the woman in charge of it took days to finally get back to us. My sisters room did not have hot water.

Lovely atmosphere
We stay here a lot when in town to visit family and love this hotel and its unique atmosphere. We are giving it a 4/5 stars for this trip because we asked for an extra blanket and the front desk acted very bitter towards us about it and made us come downstairs to get it. Then we had room service delivered for dinner one evening and the young man bringing it to our room was complaining the whole time about how much he doesn’t like his job.

The Blennerhassett was a delightful vintage hotel with all the modern conveniences. The staff, especially the concierge, was exceptionally accommodating and the area of the hotel safe and walkable. What a pleasant stay we had here.
