Smelled like pee, smoke, and mildew. Room wasn’t great hotel was awful. Trash everywhere the horrible smells if it weren’t so late would not have stayed. Didn’t think my car would be there in the morning
I didnt stay. It was very dirty and smelled. There was damage in the room as soon as i opened the door that i noticed. I immediately returned to the front desk and returned my key. I didn't feel safe.
The entire hotel smells like cat urine. The floors and walls in the lobby, hallways, and stairwells are not swept or cleaned. The latch on the room door was broken off. The toilet was hanging off of the wall and the toilet seat was disgusting. The smoke detector was hanging out of the wall. The mirrors were covered in fingerprints. The metal surfaces in the bathroom were rusted. The showerhead was discolored and dirty. The second we arrived, the putrid smell induced vomitting sensations. We left after five minutes and I am waiting on my refund. Someone get a health inspector down there ASAP.
The property looked like it should be condemned, we were required to put down a deposit of 100 dollars to get the room. Upon walking into the room it was new levels of gross-vomit stains on the wall, squishy gross carpet, broken furniture. It was the only non smoking room within an hour of my daughter's graduation so we tried to make the best of it but left super early in the morning because we simply could not sleep in that kind of filth. When checking out they refused to return the deposit as they said it was a cleaning deposit. Nothing we said about the condition of the room when we arrived had an impact and now we wait three days to see the status of my deposit. AVOID AT ALL COSTS-stay in your car it's better. PS the picture is the only part that looks like that we saw.
Place looked condemn and hallways were dirty and smelly. Outdated furniture place needs a do over. I would not stay here again. Broken hallway glass doors.
Advertised breakfast ( no breakfast), advertised pool ( pool permanently closed), said pey friendly ) charged me $10 a day for my cat, $20 for early check in. All vending machines empty. No ice bucket, no cups, smoking room ( no ashtrays). Charged me another $100 yo hold for cleanliness of the room when I leave n don't check it while your here so they can say anything.bdrove extra 20 minutes for the pool n bkfast to save $ but mo refunds so I was stuck. Extremely angry n dis appointed!!!! I rarely get to do this and this was a waste of a two day escape!!!!
Our first 3 nights were great the 4th night they had us change rooms tv was broke doors were broke and there was no tissues no toilet paper total opposite of the first room staff was nice but not helpful fixing the room
Smelly room, dirty room,the bed they gave me was broken so I went to front desk to report and they didn’t even care to move me to another room. It was noisy all night long from the other rooms.
