It wasnt bad the breakfast was the only good thing the pool was freezing cold for it being a indoor pool and it being winter and the hot tub was way to hot like burning hot.. once i went upstairs and took a shower the water came out the shower it was a walk in shower and nothing was blocking the water from coming out so once 1 person took a shower the bathroom was flooded even coming out the door like it was bad and they came and all they did was leave me a mop with no bucket so after i mop we had to dry the floor with a towel cuz anyone could slip and i almost did slip and i had to dry it cuz the toilet was in the corner and when i came down to complain he was unprofessional couldn't resolve the issue there was nothing he could do and it really look like he didnt care he try to say it first time he ever heard of it which if you see how bad it was trust it couldn't be the first time...

Cleaning service is not deep and the service to put soap and shampoo was not good. Seems to be clean but was not excellent as Hyatt has to be. I had allergy to dust all weekend
