The whole place was unkept and dirty including our room. Hair on pillows, dirty bathroom and the room itself smelled like a locker room. We were only there 6 hours and it was 6 hours to long.

Customer service is horrible. I was sitting in my room with the TV on just got out. The shower was loud didn’t hear housekeeping and literally housekeeping walks in on me naked and it wasn’t even 11 o’clock check out it was 1015. Very unprofessional bathroom was not clean At all, stay in two different rooms

Stay here at your own risk!

Between the unhoused people hiding in the corridor at night, the drunk people being loud at all times of the night, the housekeepers letting themselves into your room because there was no chain on the door, the broken windows (that were reported but never addressed), the broken TV (also reported), the non-working phone and the perpetual smell of smoke in the hallways (because more than once a person walked down the hall blowing cigarette smoke at every smoke detector causing them to go off, dust and dirt caked on every surface .. I'd have to say this is possibly one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. At least the fridge worked, the microwave was temperamental and would make the lights in the room flicker whenever it was used.

Worst hotel ive ever had the misfortune of stepping of stepping foot in. The room was unavceptable and dirty. The "comforter" (more like a slightly thicker sheet) was full of cigarette burns, the sheets had brown spots on them (hidden under the pillows), andthere werehomless people hanging out in the lobby. I didn't even stay for one night of my 2 night stay.
