The room looked nice. The bed was aweful. I was in pain all night by my back, because of the softness of the bed. No room service for our 2 day stay. No handles in the bathroom or by the toilet. Shower was slippery. There were no elevators in this Inn. 3 floors with no elevator. What a joke!! Never again here…

Lovely building and very polite staff. The room was clean and spacious with very comfortable bedding and pillows. Coffee and breakfast were great. on the downside, The carpets are very worn in places like stair treads, and in places needs cleaning. The door stop in the bathroom has disintegrated and melted down the wall which looks very shabby, also the grout along the tub needs to be replaced. I totally disagreed with being charged almost $18 on top of the pricey room charge to use a workout facility that we didn’t use. That should be an option with a separate pass, in my opinion. Besides these issues, I would’ve given it five stars.

Loved the property and the room was great. Staff was very nice and the breakfast and cheese/snacks were tasty. Felt more like hotel experience from the past - wanting to make it a special experience for the people staying there

The property is pretty tired, and there is no elevator. Our king suite had a broken, partially opened window I couldn’t close so the manager, who was very helpful, came up to fix it, so it closed at least. Our room was also right on a busy road. Not exactly bucolic. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable but the lighting was poor, making it hard to see when packing and unpacking.

The staff was very accommodating and tried to be understanding regarding my need for a bathtub. The operations manager, Steven informed me that on Expedia there is no guarantee that you get a bathtub in your bathroom. My bathtub was not a functional bathtub, he said. I specifically stayed here because of the amenities that were listed online when I was looking for a hotel. I was very disappointed that I did not get what I was looking for and not able to relax at all at the end of every day in my room.

No microwave Limit shampoo Same breakfast ever day And HAVE WATCH THE STEP. Need label on the DOOR. not stupid sign HalfTime not look at it One week. Not put fresh towels or add shampoo etc. I didn't think good idea. Go to front desk ask them .....

The Wi-Fi here was soooo slow. We stayed in very remote places on our trip that had much better Wi-Fi than this hotel that was in a busy city. The hotel is quite confusing to navigate and there are many stairs. In the breakfast area, if the toaster and microwave were being used at the same time, a breaker would blow. They ran out of bacon before we arrived and didn't replace it until right before we left. It was one of the worst hotel stays I've had. Would not stay here again
