Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Arrived at the hotel very late but there are no staff at all. Environment is very dark and I couldn’t find the hotel even with the help of Google map & Waze. Thanks to a local people , he ride his bike and bring us to the hotel . Walk to the reception the door is locked, called the contact numbers paste on the glass door but no one answer the call. There are 3 contacts , the last one is the contact of the owner , someone answer the call but within 2 seconds he hung up. After that try to call many many times but still no one answer . Therefore have to back to hatyai town to look for other hotel . The environment is not nice like what you see on photo , is a very running down building . The pool has no water . And I would like to request for refund since I’m unable to check in . If the hotel refuse to refund then this is a cheating case . I don’t understand why orbitz unable to contact the hotel , is unacceptable. My email :ctcheng80@yahoo.com, my contact: 60124701980. I need a reply and answer for this request .
