The room we were assigned was still dirty, bed unmade, bathroom in a shambles. The next room we were given had dirty sheets pulled up inside the pull out bed and no hair dryer in the bathroom. We reached out to guest service about the hair dryer and nothing was done. Overall, nice people, bad experience.

Aggravated that lobby did not offer decaf coffee. Had to go to restaurant and spend $4.40 for cup of decaf. Husband was sleeping in room, did not want to disturb him. I would suggest they offer Kuerig with decaf in lobby.
