Stephanie was unable to help me with my early check out process and unable to direct me to someone who could. So denies that they are able to put a receipt under my door overnight. I have to leave early and don't want to come by front desk.

When we got to one of the 2 rooms we reserved in advance a couple of weeks prior, one of the room doors wouldn't open because the inside safety lock was on. We called the desk and the girl was in the building by herself and had no idea what to do. Another guest came by and he asked if she had a certain tool which she did and the guest was able to open the door. However the room had not been cleaned and she didnt have anyone to clean it. We were able to get another room one door down. Beds were clean but rooms smelled a little doggy. Staff was nice but all in all we had a good 4 night stay.

We were happy to find this hotel last minute before Hurricane Helene that would accommodate our 2 dogs. Rooms were older and carpet needed a good cleaning, but stay was adequate. I can't comment on the included breakfast. We skipped it.
