The lady at the front desk talked on her cell phone throughout the check in. Keys didn’t work so had to go back to the desk. Remote had no batteries. Coffee machine did not work. Shower curtain was coming off the wall so we had to hold the curtain closed while in the shower. Tub would not drain with an open plug so I was ankle deep in water. I’m not sure when the halls were last vacuumed (2012?) and the elevator is full of trash. The parking lot is almost empty so it’s not like they are overwhelmed with guests here.

Great location - staff was very helpful but property definitely needs improvements. Our door deadbolt wouldn’t lock - water pressure was awful. Door between rooms had broken handle just sort of hanging.

To start off, the address on the property was incorrect. When I put it in my gps, it took me to planet fitness. I called the number listed, the staff answered and immediately hung up. I called 6 more times, no one answered. I finally just clicked "get directions" on my reservations and it took me to the area, but the 6511 address listed is incorrect. The whole hotel smelled disgusting. The sink in the hotel room was barely attached. The shower head was horrible. No water pressure, barely worked. Overall it was not a pleasant stay.

I have been staying at Quality Inn and Suites in Hattiesburg, MS every time I come at least 4 to 6 times a year. The hotel has been going down. A few problems room smelled like smoke, tv didn't work, shower was horrible. That was the last time

We were glad to hotel did not have the room type we requested when we arrived. There were a line of people at the desk complaining about their rooms. We witnessed 3 groups leave the hotel to find other accommodations.

The stay was horrible they are doing renovations it should be shut down for renovations but is still up and running. The first room carpet was soaked with water. The second room was ok but for 109$ it was not worth it more like a 50-60$ stay

Absolutely terrible and disgusting hotel. Smells terrible and pics are deceiving. Nobody at the front desk and when they did finally check us in, they acted like it was so inconvenient. You would have thought we were trying to show up and check in at their actual house. The restroom in the room along with the shower were completely awful. No water pressure either. Only positive was checking out of the room. Would never stay here ever again. Booked a different hotel for our second night in Hattiesburg.
