I booked a premium room and the pictures were different from the room that we received. We open the door to the room and it leads to a sink and a bathroom. There is a balcony inside the bathroom (shower area) and a small loft with a bed on the top. The bed was uncomfortable and we couldn't stay in the room. Wifi was almost non existent. Only plus point was it was walkable area. Wouldn't recommend. Only stay if you speak spanish and want to get charged for breakfast at the end of your stay. No one informed us - and we were charged $95 - with no breakdown of the charges.

Beautiful building with hight ceilings, very good breakfast. Street is very noisy and dirty unfortunately. Location is great and place Vieja is a must! Havana would need a very good water pressure clean this would make a huge difference for tourists.

Great facility, not so great location
Room was clean, spacious and looked just like the pictures. Room had a minibar stocked with cold water and other cold beverages, which were reasonably priced. The host was very helpful in arranging taxis. Located steps away from Plaza Vieja tourist attraction. Just a note, rooms are located upstairs so you will have to carry your luggage up a flight of very narrow stairs. Overall the room and facility is clean, spacious, and comfortable. Unfortunately because the facility is located in a residential area, the locals party ALL NIGHT long. There was loud music blaring and loud voices ALL NIGHT. Sleeping was impossible😔

A wonderful casa in Havana!
The casa was beautifully decorated and also was spotless! The breakfasts were superb! They were especially generous with fresh fruit, bread, perked coffee, fresh guava juice and an egg with cheese and meat. And all the staff were quite helpful. We loved our stay at Los Balcones! ¡Muchas gracias por su hospitalidad!

Old Havana is awesome. I enjoyed my stay at the Balcones!! People were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are amazing, pre-revolution style. Highly recommend for those who want to explore the old city and enjoy the atmosphere.

Nice, very clean place with awesome location in Havana Vieja. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with little balcony from where you are able to enjoy street views and local vibes. A little noisy though. Very friendly staff.

Limpieza mejorable. Nuestra habitación olía un poco mal, a tubería. Y en la habitación de otros amigos apareció una cucaracha. A veces ruidoso. Desayuno normal pero caro (10 euros, casi a precio europeo) para lo que se ofrece en el mismo. El personal simpático y atento con los clientes. La decoración del alojamiento muy auténtica y la cama cómoda.

Nuestra estancia en el hotel fue realmente agradable. Está ubicado cerca de los lugares más visitados de La Habana vieja.
