Overall experience was ok! Check in was easy a $50 cash deposit was needed and was return to me during check/out . More quite then I Expected from previous reviews . Room was clean but room smelled like old mop water. wifi, tv, & bed was great! My only complaint was the passing roaches i experienced in the middle of the night. Establishments that house customers &/or pet friendly should do more Exterminating.
I didn't stay. I arrived and they didn't have a room for me although I had prepaid!!!! They told me they would refund me through Hotels.com and I needed to find another motel
My stuff was stolen by the staff at the hotel. They wouldn’t even contact the manager to get my stuff back. I have to wait two days till Monday to go confront them about getting my stuff and my money back by the
I was staying at this hotel for two days came back. The third day housekeeper went through my things, stole my shoes and they would not even give me a refund or help me get my stuff back.

The room was disgusting with an overflowing toilet, uncleaned from previous guest. Asking for full refund.
Door lock broke second to the last day management tried to open the door and was unable to so we were old we would have to wait till the following day till maintenance arrived to get back into the room, called corporate was told it would take 7-10 business days to resolve the issue. Will NEVER stay at another red roof in, management and front desk workers are rude and could care less if you stay or not.
Staff was rude, tv didn't work, drug addicts all around the premises, did not come and fixed TV or give me another room, when brought too staff attention I was cussed out and told I could leave and get my deposit back , which they want you to pay 60 bucks up front after paying for the room, IF YOUR READING THIS DONT NOT GO-TO THAT MOTEL IN WARREN MICHIGAN ( RED ROOF INN)
