Won't be booking another Best Western
Take a pass on this place. The pool was dirty, the rooms are very outdated, the comforter looks to be about 30 years old. It felt like a motel rather than a hotel. But the real kicker for me was the breakfast hours. Most hotels are till 10 am on weekend, there's ended at 9. The employee started circling the dining room at 8:45am shutting things off, then announced at 8:50 am that she was shutting the breakfast down, and it was last call for anything anyone would want. Very odd, like being in high school again. Felt like I could not relax in the dining room with my coffee, felt like I was being shoved out of the dining hall at 9am.

Shower head was moldy and ceiling needed cleaned it was kinda gross, dirt hung from it (I've worked hotel so I get the work they already do) but everyone was friendly Nice inside pool (they need to touch up some the wall pieces was in the pool) and everyone said they loved the hot tub, good breakfast, even offered gluten-free (which is hard to find) heating needs updated somehow. Its an older one and getting hot wasnt the issue because once it got cold outside it wouldnt kick off we had to do it then when it got to be to cool we had to turn on and remember to turn off before it got to hot. Set at auto on 50 degrees heat it was 90 and still not kicking off. Over all i wouldnt mind going back (as long as we had our own shower head due to that grossing us all out)

Awesome hidden gem.. 30 min from Columbus
This place is so awesome!!! Super convenient. Right off highway. Yeah room styling is a little old but it’s clean and so cozy! Jacuzzi in the room is so convenient and very powerful and it strategically faces the TV so you can watch TV in total comfort!!! The one in the pool area is super powerful and clean!!! The pool area is absolutely amazing with beautiful woodwork ceiling and the pool is large size and medium temp .. not too cold. Really perfect place!!! I was concerned that it was close to highway but place is ultra insulated and soo quiet! Surrounding neighborhood is super quiet and safe . State trooper stationed in bank parking lot across street most the day . Huge Kroger Super Center within 3 min walk across street !!! The vending machine is the most reasonably priced i have ever seen. Staff is super friendly . The only thing i recommend is getting rid of the tiny toiletries and replacing with the modern long tube reusables attached to the side of the shower wall. Hotel would save a ton of $$$ also. My pulsing shower head did not work but who cares? This place is such a bargain. Staff is super friendly and very fast to help and resolve issues. Thanks Angie at the front desk! You are awesome! Highly recommended to stay here to get away from the bustle of Columbus!!!

Not the best experience
The room had a horrible stench and was not clean. The bed made a loud creaking sound when you sat on it and was terribly uncomfortable. We would wake up in the morning, completely stuffed up and with back pain. We would leave the hotel and just look for a Starbucks or anything just to avoid our room. Also, just know, it does not have an elevator.
