One elevator was shut down. So had to wait at least ten minutes before you got one. Then one night there was a party in the back parking lot from like 7 to 11pm. Another night by the pool the party moved there. Had beer bottles and wine bottles taking up half the area and was really loud an employee came out and said nothing. Also a night the wifi and tv went out from 730 pm to 1130 pm. Called the front desk and they jad no clue what was going on.

We went there for a softball tournament. Just a few things to note. The double beds are full size beds so although there are two beds, they are a bit smaller. But the room is roomy and has a pull out if needed. The free breakfasts are great. Many options and they taste great. The downer for us.. there isnt a washer and dryer on site. So if this something that is needed, they dont have it. The location is great and not far from many dining and shopping options. The hotel itself is a little outdated. Carpeting and A/c units in each room.

They were doing construction every morning right outside my window and didn’t say anything when we checked in. Housekeeping came never picked up or re made the beds. Stayed for a week never changed sheets. Ice machine broken all week. Only one elevator in service all week. Will never stay at a Hyatt place again.

We stay in hotels somewhat frequently and this hotel is hands down the best we've stayed in. Super friendly and accommodating staff, very clean, great outdoor pool, the property is well cared for, rooms are a great size, comfortable beds, and the list goes on! The staff was great…. The breakfast area was really cute but the food was not great at all…cold, not appealing…the hotel only had one elevator working it was fine the beginning of our stay but as the week went on the hotel got busier so the one elevator caused a wait…. The room was spacious, it was clean, but could have been better… lots of dark wood or black trim that needed to be dusted better… the shower pressure was great…. Lots of places to eat and shop around the hotel … the pool was outside and nice
