Great stay but they dont advertise that the room Doesnt have Aircon apart from a ceiling fan and rooms that get direct sunlight reach about 27 degrees inside. There is a lot of dust inside the rooms too Service and staff are great otherwise ok for short term stau

Gorgeous, comfy hotel in perfect location!

Absolutely lovely artsy hotel. Quiet and private, except when it got too hot and we needed the windows open to sleep - so did adjacent rooms :-D Not a common situation in Wellington though. Loved all the details in the room and the common areas. The twin beds were super comfy and the bathroom roomy. The hotel is located in a brilliant area for any foodies or those into eclectic shopping, and is an easy walk to multiple transport options, the main traditional shopping areas or the beautiful waterfront. Would absolutely stay again!

It was clean and inviting and we really loved the interior design - visually stunning throughout. Staff were wonderful and ready to go the extra mile. We will be staying at Naumi again but also telling all our friends about it. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

The staff were friendly but seemed uninformed. We paid $837 for 5 nights in a larger room (Zest Queen) but were allocated to a tiny room. We queried this and were told all the rooms were the same. The bathroom door kept sliding open and the toilet was just 2.5m from the bed, so the tine bedroon stank at times. The bathroom sink was leaking water, which soaked the carpet. Thus we got wet feet whenever we got out of bed. We won't use this hotel again.
