DO NOT STAY HERE
I can not stress enough: DO NOT STAY HERE. It smelled like feet, the carpet is old, the lighting is dim, the chair is filthy, I was put in a double room and couldn't sleep on either bed as they both were sagging in the middle, I couldn't get the temperature regulated in the room (Im sure those wires sticking out arent safe), the walls are thin (the adjacent room slept with their tv on for 2 nights) and to add insult to injury, HOUSEKEEPING STEALS. I left around 315am for a red-eye flight. When I got home and unpacked, I noticed that I had left some valuables there. I called the front desk on two different days and was told there were no items turned in (not surprising) and that Judy/Julie does the housekeeping, they would ask her about it, and would pass my information on to management. No one has called me yet. I've contacted the local PD to tell them about it, but Im not sure if they can do much, and Choice Hotels to speak with someone above the manager at this location. Im extremely heartbroken as the items are irreplaceable. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel.

Always love staying here. I received bad customer service at my last visit but this time it was excellent. I did not see the worker there that was unfriendly this time. All was great, staff was helpful as usual and friendly. I recommend this place for travelers.

Room was exceptionally clean and fresh. Room looks new and has fresh smell. Very roomy. The front desk was awesome. Very friendly and helpful with welcoming smile. Free cocktail was really nice touch.

Always stay here when we go to the Black Hills. The one and only time I had a ugly experience with the front desk worker. She worked on Saturday morning of the 12th of October. She talked down to me like I was dumb and kept talking slower like I did not understand her. I am United States Government worker with doctoral degree and for her to treat me like I of lower value really upset me I had to walk away. Remember not all Native Americans are drunks or addicts we are highly educated people. Other than this one time incident I have love the staff and all the comforts of this hotel.

A real unfriendly front desk worker that was working on October 12th Saturday morning. She talked down on me like I was stupid, and told me that they could not accommodatete me because I booked online and through them. The check-in worker on Friday evening was very friendly and helpful.
