The sheets in the bed were dirty and had hair. The comforter had stains. I asked for them to be replaced and wasn’t done. When i returned to the room later in the day I went to reception to ask again and there was nobody to change the sheets. I asked to change them myself and wasn’t a request they could fulfill. After waiting for several minutes i finally asked to be moved to a different room and continued to wait. The time was now past 11pm and i finally got a different room.

There was a large group of soccer or baseball teams of kids and they were extremely loud, noisy, running around all over the place and didn’t let the rest of the guest sleep at night or sleep in in the morning! Extremely loud and annoying! Left trash everywhere.
